i ordered a car jump starter they sent me a battery charger instead they want to give me a 20% discount instead of giving me the correct item

Terrible. They advertise one thing and shipped another. Then tried to make me pay for the shipping back.

I would give them a minus 100. I bought the projector. Some of the discs wouldn’t fit. The picture shows a huge area lighting up!!! A bunch BS !!! Scam then I tried sending it back and never got an address to send it to. Email kept bouncing back as invalid!!! I even opened a dispute with AFFIRM sent them pictures of the projector. I still didn’t get my money back. I was so disappointed $56.00 thrown away!!

This company is a complete scam. I know they are banking on these orders that they are not delivering. I ordered 2 projectors and got sent some crap I didn’t order so they could say it was delivered and then had the nerve to only give me 15% refund. Total ripoff and they should be flagged for this

Horrible experience with this group. I also found on Better Business Bureau (BBB) Scam Tracker report #1413217 so they are active and stealing as much as they can get away with. They got my $104.00 then offered a 15% refund. What? They need to be looked at closely and REQUIRED to return the money! Or better yet……shut them down!

This group shows Wyoming as their address. They drop ship from China. I ordered 2 Nono bost jump starters from an Instagram ad. Instead of the jump starters they substituted a 4amp trickle charger. It is not even close to being able to jump a dead battery. Refused to send correct item or issue full refund. They are cheats and fraud. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

They are definitely scammers, wrong advertising online, ask for refund and they will not refund it. Also follow up system is by using fake name Alex Edwards (Cherry) will use that account to email back from China using their AI system to convert Chinese to English.

Complete scam and rip off. Sent me the wrong items in my order and refused a return or a refund. Company is a joke

I ordered a glucose monitor. I received a pulse oximeter which is not the same thing. When I complained to them, they said that they would refund me 10% of what I paid.. when I refuse that they offered me 15% claiming that regulations did not allow them to pay more. So I reported them for fraud to the Better Business Bureau and to my credit card company.. the credit card company was able to charge back the amount to my account

ordered stickers for my truck, they sent the wrong ones, Wont resend and wont refund. Dont deal with these guys. Scam company.

Total scam. Stay away. They shipped a cheap ( wrong ) product and after 6 emails with them all they said they could give me a 10% refund then 15% then 20% and that was after all the emails. Long story I don't get refund or the product I ordered. total runaround they are total fraud. I should of did research on them and would of known they were a scam as per better business bureau

This product is cheaply made and extremely expensive for what you get. It took forever to receive and once I put it on the adhesive did not stick as it should have and the poorly designed plastic letters adhere to my truck. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY with this !

Bought a wallet and they sent me the wrong crap and now they're not refunding they suck do not buy anything from them.

After a long wait I recieved the wrong item they will only offer 15% refund which is illegal if I dont give bad review they blame supplier for wrong item and their policy is we dont resend correct item please dont get caught by this obviously scam company

Don't get scammed like I did! They sent me a cheap version of the item I bought. They even admitted as much blaming their supplier and still refused to refund my money. They offered a maximum 20% of my money back because "they would be losing money" yet I'm out 100% of my money.

I ordered two galaxy night lights that are supposed to have moving images. It has three static slides that go into a light and are very small in size. The projection is also very small. It took a month to arrive even though the return address says New York. It is not at all what they advertised. I should have listened to my card when it was declined the first time. Not worth your time and your money.

Easy returns? No, instead they want to offer you a 10% compensation.

Product- misleading description; not as described.

Shop again- Never! Just don't bother with it.

My worst purchase experience ever.
First: It took over 3 weeks to get it from a mainland Chinese company.

Second: False advertising - Instagram ad showed a cash pocket on the wallet. Invoice says money clip, and it has neither.

Third: Return policy not honored. I've been going back and forth with customer service; they started with an insulting 5% and most recently 20% for a product I can't use without the cash pocket, and I've requested a full refund... STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUD!

Ordered a wallet with purchase protection.
Took weeks to ship, then never received.
Shows delivered and no package.
Contacted the seller and they took their time to get back to me. Now I'm not able to use the protection
because the 7 day window passed.
They are offering me 10% back.
Unacceptable!
