Alhamdulillah we had a very good experience. Al Shafie travels has a team working with ready to help you 24/7. They are very organized, everything was in order, we just focused on our Ibadah. I definitely recommend them and would use them again

The communication from the team was good and they arranged nice hotels for our trip. However, there were several issues that caused unnecessary inconvenience. First, the hotel was reserved under a different name, and because of that my brother was not allowed to check in until we arrived, even though everything was already prepaid. They promised compensation for this mistake, but it has now been over a month and we still have not received any refund.

Additionally, we had booked a visit to Jinn Mountain, but we were not informed that it was already closed. This was very disappointing and showed a lack of proper communication and planning.

Overall, while the booking service was good, these issues made the experience frustrating, and the lack of follow-up on the promised compensation was especially disappointing.

Delivered more than what promised. I recommend them 100%
