Alpine Trikes Arvostelua

From the moment I first made contact with Steve at Alpine Bikes I knew I was dealing with a very knowledgeable and honest gentleman. I was given excellent advice with regard to purchasing an electric trike. The customer service is second to none. Steve arrived at my home as arranged, and brought two trikes for me to have a trial ride on. There was absolutely no pressure to buy, and Steve was very generous with his time. He answered all my questions and was keen to make sure I was confident with my purchase before he left. He even fitted my wing mirrors on for me! I bought the Ranger. I am so
pleased with this trike. How nice to have something delivered, ready assembled to ride! A service so hard to find these days.. I highly recommend this company. Steve really cares about his customers. I'm so glad I went to Alpine. I have
been taking my dog to the park on the back of the trike. He thinks it's fab! A big thank you Alpine Bikes.

The guys were very helpful on the phone . We wanted a new battery for a bike we bought about 7 yrs ago . We arranged for a family member to collect it . All went very smoothly. Thanks guys

Steve took the trouble to firstly answer my questions on the phone.
From my initial call we arranged a test ride.
Steve turned up at my home a few days later with several Trikes for me to try. He took the trouble to explain the different features and patiently let me ride the different Trikes to see how they rode.
Each model felt slightly different, the last one I rode was perfect and best suited my needs. I felt confident and in control.
I am thrilled with my Trike and look forward to having many adventures on it.
I thoroughly recommend this company.
Many thanks to Steve.

Not happy on 2 occasion of ordering a new battery 17.5 inch when the battery was 15 inches surely he brought the bike to sell,

Did what they said they would do great service

Being able to have a good try on it first clinched it. very patient S, demonstrating i. park with plenty of room.

Attention to detail, good communication, quality product and the chance to have a trial of the trike before purchase. Delivered promptly fully assembled and time taken to explain all functions.

This was new teritory for me. I found the open and honest response reassuring.

Helpful guidance over the phone. Prompt delivery and made sure we had the right machine and set it up for us. Excellent service.

Steve delivered the bike personally and spent time with us showing us how to use the bike. He has also been available on the phone to ask a question. He was knowledgeable and helpful . This gave us a sense of security over a large expenditure. We also felt the cost of trying the bike out was very fair and this was deducted from the purchase price when we paid for the bike.
He told us it would take 2 weeks to get used to it and he was spot on. My husband had it for his 83rd birthday and absolutely loves it. Thank you.

Turned up on time. All information explained fully. Very good service.

Hi Have given a review which is on trustpilot Since then I have rode my trike a few more times (weather dependent) and I am much more confident also enjoying the commando which is getting good comments from people I see when out on it Very pleased with my purchase and again thanks to Steve
Regards Roy

I would like to say a huge thank you to Steve. For your service and on helping me choose the Alpine Ranger mountain Tricycle. It is going to change my life. I absolutely love my new Electric Tricycle. I love love love it. If anyone is thinking about buying one I honestly say do it.

Great bike
Good communication
I have spastic paraparesis and hadn’t ridden a bike for 4 years so it’s been a steep learning curve with my trike
I love it, still mastering right turns on rubbish road surfaces, a great purchase.
My legs were not long enough for the suspension seat pole and that had to be changed .. the only negative
Can’t blame the bike company for my short legs.

Goods arrived spot on time and day,I was given a very full tutorial and was given plenty of time to get to know the trike very well constructed and I am sure I wil have lots of pleasure from riding it.l

Told Steve what I wanted and that's what I received,

Excellent experience Steve was great everything explained properly and not looked at as an idiot because of your age.Would recommend this company.

Steve was great the trike is excellent

Having not ridden a bike in nearly 40 years I was a little nervous but Steve put me at ease and encouraged me in my first tentative and wobbly ride. Trialing the tilting tricycle on real terrain was exceptional useful - you forget you need to brace yourself over bumps and be mindful of walkers, runners and animals. Steve then allowed me to trial it in my own location before buying. He adjusted the bike specifically for me and made the entire process pleasurable. I have owned my tricycle nearly 3 weeks and have been out on it most days building my confidence. I am also building a lid for the rear basket so that I can safely take my dog with me (Steve, if you are reading this, perhaps something to add to your excellent service. Twice the height of basket with clip on device made in same material as basket would be brilliant 🙂).
Overall I am extremely happy with the service and product and would/have highly recommended to anyone looking for an electric tricycle or bicycle.
One huge thank you
