Excellent pick up and drop off service. Both on time and swift drive to and from the airport. Doorstep drop off and collection too. Will definitely use them again.

Easy booking process and the cheapest I could find. I had a baby so needed a baby seat and they provided one. Communication was easy over WhatsApp. Uldis was kind enough to wait as we tended to the baby. He was friendly, courteous and patient. He helped us with the bags as well.

Very good service. I’ve ordere two way service and the first driver Uldi even contacted me via whatsap personally one day before that was great experience.
Also my plane due to fog changed airport so this company was waiting for me 3(!) hours. Best wishes and really good service.

Brilliant service. We had 5 travelling from Lyon to Val Thorens. Both drivers were professional and very nice, they arrived early and waited for us to be ready we had no waiting around for them they were ready when we were. Would definitely use this company again.

Everything was working perfectly. AlpineBuses started to notfy me periodically beforehand so I would not forget. Drivers arrived early and contacted me personally. The drive was safe. Drivers were polite.

When another company cancelled my booked only days before my travel plans I had to find an alternative at short notice. Alpine Buses were easy to book with, the pricing was transparent and commincation was excellent. My flight was delayed and when I contacted alpine buses they were so helpful in organising for our driver to wait for us (almost three hours later - yes there was as extra charge at that point but that was only fair) The two drivers were good and drove nice clean vehicles. I would book with this company again.

You get a whatsapp message the night before, so you can talk to the driver. I used them in covid and they were really cool about refunding a trip I couldn't make (due to travel restrictions). They don't moan if you take a little while getting out of Geneva airport. Good company.

All as expected. Helpful & friendly drivers. Good communication and driving. I can definitely recommend and will use them again if needed.

Our driver Uldis was absolutely superb! He was super helpful, informative and made sure our experience was first class from start to finish. The next time we book a transfer we will be asking for him. A great way to start our holiday :-)

Uldi was fantastic , early, welcoming and the car was immaculate. We arribed at the airport in ample time. Very happy with the service , would definitely use again.

Rait was both wonderfully professional and personable. 😊 Arrived promptly, at Ischgl hotel for collection at exactly the reserved time . Drove capably, safely and efficiently to drop off ahead of schedule at Zurich airport. He was friendly and helpful during the journey and accommodated a stop-off for refreshments. He was a joy. Without hesitation and unrequested, he assisted with luggage at both the hotel collection and airport drop off.

Incredible experience. Quick, kind and polite. To be repeated once we return to Alps.

Excellent service, careful and friendly drivers
On the way out my son left a portable speaker in the van and the driver kindly returned it to us on his next trip to our resort. On the way back, we had an excellent driver who navigated roads covered with a heavy snowfall very well. Will definitely use again.

A great service and highly recommended. Superb communication and reminders, lovely friendly drivers who are all very curtious, great quality vehicles and most of all every driver drives carefully making the journey comfortable and relaxed.

What a great experience we had using Alpinebuses, transferring 3 of us with bike boxes from Geneva Airport to Sixt Fer a Cheval.
I have no hesitation recommending them, the communication with Kate in the office, the straightforward booking process and at a fair price, the driver messaging the day before pick up with a photo of his van and where he’d meet us, the vehicles in both directions being clean and safe, being prompt and arriving at the agreed time, the friendly service throughout….everything was just perfect and this is how transfer companies should operate.
I’ve used many others in the past, but our experience with Alpinebuses exceeds them all.
