We used Alpinebuses for a recent return transfer between Geneva and Le Grand-Bornand.

The communication during the booking process was excellent. I had a lot of questions and all my emails were answered very quickly. I liked that we had the option to pay 50% deposit and the rest to the driver.

Our driver, Gints, was lovely. His communication with me via WhatsApp for both pickups was excellent. He was waiting at Geneva airport when we got through passport control and he arrived at our hotel a few minutes early for our return pickup. He was very friendly and we felt completely safe with him.

I did a lot of research for our airport transfer and my main reasons for picking Alpinebuses were the cost and the excellent communication during booking. I am very pleased with our choice and I would have no hesitation recommending them.
