Where is the option for ZERO stars?
Most useless customer service! Ordered two large orders & paid for 2-4 days shipping on one of them. Still haven’t received either package & this was over a month ago!
The customer service have the inability to chase anything up & would just send the same email back & forth!
Great clothing but they have no class about them & a strong lack of respect for buyers.

J ai passé commande chez alphalete début juin 2023 et à ce jour je n ai toujours rien reçu...
J ai envoyé 3 mails et aucunes nouvelles de leurs parts...
Je pense clairement mettre fait avoir en beauté...
De plus 92€ de commande et 105€ de prélevé...
Une belle arnaque.

I would leave zero stars.
I ordered a few items from alphalete, the top I got I was not the same colour as advertised bit I still liked it.
The leggings I got were nice bit unfortunately they tore from me simply scratching my leg, I enquired and asked for a refund.
All was well until they told me I used a loan from shopify to pay.
Shopify installments isn't even a thing, I paid in full with my debit card which I took a screenshot of and sent them.
They're now saying under the payment method I used, I won't be fully refunded??!.
Make it make sense!! I paid all at once, they as a company use sjolify to accept payments this has nothing to do with me.
Would not order from this shady company.

Kundenservice existiert hier absolut nicht.
Ich habe ein Packet im Wert von 120€ zurück geschickt, dafür gab es erst mal kein Versand Etikett sondern mir wurde eine vorgefertigte Email geschickt mit einer Adresse, wo das Packet hingeschickt Werden soll. Beim Versand der erste Schock: ein unversichertes Packet nach Amerika kostet 17€ Versand, versichert bis zu 40€. Ich habe schweren Herzens die 17€ Versand übernommen und das Packet vor rund 8 Wochen bei der Post angegeben. Niemals habe ich eine Antwort von alphalete geschweige denn eine Rückerstattung bekommen. Zudem kann ich unmöglich nachverfolgen ob das Packet das Lager jemals erreicht hat. Ich sitze nun auf 17€ Versand und 120€ für die Ware welche ich nicht mal mehr besitze. Zudem erhalte ich eine Rechnung vom Zoll bis zu 15€ dafür dass alphalete mir die Ware zugeschickt hat, wovon in der Bestellbestätigung nie die Rede war.
Wer also vor hat bei Alphabete uj bestellen sollte dies nur tun, wenn man vor hat die Ware definitiv zu behalten, rückversenden ish hier zwecklos ich habe mein Geld nie zurück bekommen, zudem darf jeder Kunden aus der EU mit unangekündigten Zoll Rechnungen rechnen welche einen Wochen nach Eintreffen der Lieferung überaschen.

Still haven't received my parcel and I'm leaving the country they only responded to 1 email not the rest very very slow to respond aswel.. still haven't solved my issue .. no parcel or no refund received. I will never shop here ever again terrible expiernce

Second time this company has said they could not “fulfill my order” it was just one item and they could not even do that.

Le legging que j'ai commandé était très confortable et flatteur au début. Au bout de 5 fois a la porter le scrunch du milieu a craqué et maintenant je ne peux plus le porter car il a craquer... 80e a la poubelle

Worst experience ever with a clothing company. Even SHEIN has better transparency and policies than this brand.
Ordered a single item in January. No tracking info available. In MARCH they tell me the item went back to them. They reship it. Silence for 3 weeks only to tell me they shipped it AGAIN when this time I asked for a refund. They ignored my e-mails specifying I wanted a refund.
Who does not provide a tracking number these days?
I’ll go back to better sport clothing brands.

Nightmare company with crappy policies. They avoid answering any mail till over a week has passed hoping you get fed up. Even if you want to exchange something they have the dumbest rules on exchanging , so they refund and make you buy and pay shipping again. Go to gymshark

Ondanks waarschuwingen geen invoerkosten moeten betalen bij het ophalen (of dit komt nog)? Kwaliteit van leggings erg goed en icm sale en kortingscode redelijk betaalbaar

Erg fijne en mooie kleding. Buiten de sale om erg duur. Daarnaast nog joge verzendkosten en risico dat je belasting en toeslafen betaald ivm import (levering uit UK) echter zou je zeggen dat dit bekend zou zijn bij de consumer (desondanks alle klachten hierover in andere reviews). Omdat het van buiten de EU komt duurt de verzending een stuk langer dan we gewend zijn. Klantenservice reageert traag. Retourkosten dus erg hoog ivm buiten EU

Had no issues with shipping and my items just arrived today. Tight fitting clothes, beautiful colour but poor quality. Within five min of unpacking, an item has already snagged twice and threads hanging out of seams.

I think people tend to only write reviews when something doesn’t go right. So when I was looking to purchase from this company, I was very discouraged; however, I decided to take a leap of faith and I was not disappointed. I have since made four different purchases. Shipping was slow. The company has since advised that they’ve upgraded their systems including allowing for different shipping options when you are checking out. When I followed up with the company with respect to my order not being delivered yet they responded right away and the response was satisfactory. My delivery came shortly thereafter. On another order, I had purchased a size small and then realized that I should’ve sized up (Watch YouTube for very informative updates on all of the launches - Bailey Stewart and Amy Rookes have been very helpful with there reviews). I emailed the company and they told me that they would change it and they did. Thank you, Alphalete! I love the quality. I love that I feel unique when wearing them. So comfy. So nice. I highly recommend (keeping in mind shipping may be delayed up to 4 weeks during the holidays and sales but they’ve said that they have fixed this issue - time will tell).

Bij bezorging vroeg DHL of ik even €68 aan BTW wilde betalen. Voor een pakketje van 150 eu. Dat slaat echt alles. Op de website wordt totaal niet gewaarschuwd voor deze extra kosten.

Zeer goede sportkleding. Hoge kwaliteit, kwaliteit is stukken beter dan bijvoorbeeld Gymshark. Ik koop al 8 jaar sportkleding bij alphalete. Prijzen zijn aan de hoge kant, maar het is het 100% waard. Enige nadeel is dat je nu invoer kosten moet betalen. Dat weet je als je iets buiten de EU koopt.

Some of the shorts and pants are decent if you get them, shirts are cut poorly, seams everywhere that you can feel. Honestly company is dog water, they will take a month to fulfill your order and then forget items from it, must have one person running it who's just braindead. Tracked my order and they shipped it halfway across the country in the wrong direction before it made its way back, like what the heck, the order started one state away. Customer service is non existent, if you're missing items they'll refund a random amount with no explanation. I can easily have items shipped by canoe from China weeks faster than these guys, at least they have some pride over there.

Horrible service, never ship the order of black Friday and never attend the customer. dont buy, loose your time and money

I have ordered Alphalete a few times, and I always like to give businesses the benefit of the doubt when you have a bad experience with shipping. I will say now, since I have done this a few times, I know that it is for sure the business and not just a fluke. I have waited now 18 days for my order that is above $400 to arrive. I have downloaded their tracking app and it showed no tracking for the first two weeks. It then told me that it would arrive on Wednesday and shows it has been sitting in Chicago from Ohio for days on end now,and it is now Friday (18 days into this process) and still no package and no progress report with the shipping tracker. I live in southern Wisconsin. The fact that it has taken this long to go from Ohio to Wisconsin is ridiculous. Again, I have ordered large purchases from Alphalete multiple times and every time it is well over the 7-10 business days as they advertise. I like the Alphalete products and I like to support the athletes, but when you are paying good money for these products and have a terrible experience every time with their arrival it is heartbreaking. Also, seeing I'm not the only one having these issues, most people who purchase from Alphalete directly also have these lagging distribution times it speaks volumes. I hope this can be resolved by the company considering it's been an on going issue for years now.

The company doesn’t even have the decency to let the customers know when they are experiencing a delay. I haven’t even received an email back and it’s been 2 days. (They say they respond quicker) my order hasn’t even shipped it’s been literally 2 weeks.

Company is way too strict with returns, rejected an exchange because of a mark removed in two seconds that was less than 2 cm in length that happened during the transport process so now paying for two pairs of overpriced leggings, one of which doesn’t even fit
