Great service!

All the girls are very helpful especially when I first called to report an accident that the 3rd party took responsibility for as it was my first accident I had no idea what to do. Thanks to Saima who was very polite and made me feel relaxed and understood throughout the call.

Everything sorted quick and easy

I had the pleasure of dealing with this company when I had an accident which wasn’t my fault. The sisters in the office are very helpful and friendly. They sorted everything out and gave me peace of mind. They sorted me with a hire vehicle which was very quick. Then sorted claim out in a quick manner also I would say about under 1 month.

Thanks to the girls

Saaiqa/Saima were handling my case from the start and provided the best service even though I’d chase them up every week and pestered them so much, they were extremely nice and polite. Thank you girls for settling my claim

It was quite a long but funny story of…

It was quite a long but funny story of what happened don't wanna get into all that now however all I have to say alpha claims was the best at what they did really recommend them.quick and reliable not only that but they gave me a discount on the next love for everything
