excellent product the alpha-stim AID. I have used it for an hour a day for the last 4 years and it has dramatically reduced my anxiety. It has also helped improve my depression associated with bipolar disorder. Completely safe and no side effects. Expensive outlay but mine is still working fine despite over 2000 hrs of use. Highly recommend this device for helping anxiety and depression

The alpha -stim aid is a small but powerful device, effective the first time.
I have to use it at minimum power otherwise...I risk falling asleep. It is very important for the user to follow the instructions. I use it in the morning for anxiety and also when waking up early at night where it really works wonders!

I have been using AlphaStim for a few years now. Using it a couple of times a week seems to help reduce my overall stress levels and certainly calms me while I'm using it. Device is showing no signs of wear, and consumable parts are easy to come by.

Bought it about 6 years ago and it was expensive.

I'm very happy with the purchase so far. It is an investment in oneself.

I have spinal mobility problems and using the Alpha Stim has a soothing and mobilisation effect. I tend to stick with the transcranial setting.

For the price, I do think there should be a 1:1 onboarding type session included as on the one hand it is versatile with different accessories and applications, but on the other hand this makes it is difficult to get to grips with - especially when so ill.

I have had my Alpha Stim since 2012 and it's still going strong.
I bought it to help Fibromyalgia pain and sleep, as well as anxiety.
If I'm in pain at bedtime I put the AS on ,ear clips, about 1hr before bed and it really helps calm down my pain.
There used to be a section on the website helping people with Fibromyalgia. It's not there any more.
Cons; batteries only last me 2 weeks. I think with newer models it would be good to have a USB chargeable battery.

Good quality kit and supplies. Very good guidance and instructions.

Absolutely love my Alpha-Stim; have been using it more nearly 3 years to help me with my sleep and not only has it helped this, but also helps with headaches when I get them.
Really easy to use, any problems I’ve had have (very few considering the daily use), have been sorted immediately.
Would recommend and have done, to everyone.

I was sceptical but I found that after a couple of weeks of once a day application I was no longer waking up full of anxiety at three or four in the morning. I just sleep through the night.
Of course, I do not have a control me and an experimental me, so this is not a proof, but still.
The device is pricy so perhaps find someone who can lend you it for a week before you buy.

Writing a 5⭐️ review for Alpha Stim is easy, keeping it short not so much! I first tried the machine when I borrowed one from my acupuncturist, and have never looked back. I suffer with ME and Fibromyalgia and it has been a great help with my constant pain, it can be used all over the body in so many ways, and it is gentle enough yet effective for someone with a sensitive body. I also use it for motion sickness when riding in a car. Since I’ve moved away from my acupuncturist I have relied on this machine even more and use it daily.
The company is great, spares arrive quickly and safely and I hope my machine will give me a few more good years of use to come. I cannot recommend it enough!

Didn’t work. Made me feel sick. Couldn’t use it but had to wait a month before I could return. Lost £500 in the process.

My mum has been using Alpha Stim for a number of years now for chronic insomnia and it has been one of a number of things she has tried which has produced lasting results with no side effects. As a GP I would highly recommend this product to patients who can afford its steep price.

Alpha-Stim is a really useful device that has helped greatly me ever since a neurofeedback practitioner made me test it (and I finally bought one). And Alpha-Stim UK offers great service!

A wonderful piece of kit. I was going through some tough times with anxiety and panic attacks, and the Alpha-Stim was my goto rescuer. It integrated into my daily schedule - I'd simply pop it on and it was barely noticeable while it worked its magic. I'd give it more than 5 stars if I could!

The Alpha-Stim Aid brochure says that it can help anxiety within an hour. Yes, that is true and it worked for me. It goes on to say that depression takes about 3 weeks. I am in the second week and my depression is reducing. An excellent purchase as it has given me back a lot of my day that was lost to depression and I am doing things that I put off before due to anxiety.

As a practising therapist I have been impressed by my own use of Alpha-Stim. (I always try technology myself before recommending it). It certainly aids relaxation and I often use it in conjunction with meditation. Overall I recommend it.

My Husband found the Alpha Stim when I was at my worst with my panic and anxiety attacks, we had tried everything and nothing was helping, I was hesitant to believe the Alpha Stim would work, but within a few uses I noticed it had reduced my anxiety and brought a state of calm back into my thoughts, I can say hand on heart that the device worked for me and would not be without mine. It is a great product backed up by excellent customer support and I recommend it to anyone feeling depressed, anxious, stressed or has trouble sleeping.

This is a great device which has been helping with my recovery for some time. The website is very good and does the job. I rented initially then bought. If you need vagal nerve device this is one of the best or the best.
