Excellent product and customer service that can't be beat. I ordered some shirts and forgot that the quick-ships aren't long enough for me. When the order arrived as soon as I tried on one I realized my mistake. One quick call later and the proper shirts were on order, complete with the original discount special that I had used when placing my order.

I’ve ordered from Almy for years. The selection is good and items are delivered quickly and in good condition. I trust this company. I do wish the shipping charges were lower though. They’re a bit high, but nonetheless, I will continue to order from them.

Tom at Almy was especially helpful with advice to pick and replace candles to update and refresh our altar. Product quality was great and 90 day trial was helpful to select proper style and size.

The customer service representatives at CM Almy were so helpful in educating me on the different fabrics and choices available for some custom stoles. They sent out fabric samples, followed up to ensure I received them and helped me place the order. While it was a tight timeframe, they also arrived before my event and that was so wonderful!

I ordered a small box of small communion wafers, and they were prepared and shipped by Almy quickly and efficiently. They arrived here quicker than I had planned, in spite of issues with the U.S. Postal Service. The order was not damaged, and I am very pleased with Almy.

After looking at the online catalog, I phoned Almy because I was confused about what size I should order. The customer service representative talked me through how to measure to determine the correct size. I ordered the recommended size. I have made multiple orders and they have always been handled professionally. My order has always been shipped and received in a timely manner. I have order tab collared clerical shirts and I like the fact you supply an extra collar a the look of the collar flows better than other shirts I have purchased from other companies.

There was an issue with my payment method and a very nice lady dealt with it until we could straighten it out.

I went to visit the Almy store and their COVID safety measures were wonderful. We were greeted and helped with our every need. It was helpful to get measured and try things on. If you're able to visit, do so. If you can't, definitely call and speak to a representative. I will definitely be back!
