Absolutely the best protein drink ever. I have diabetes and it’s difficult to maintain my blood glucose levels no matter what I do. About 5 years ago, I discovered Almased because of the reviews about other diabetics using it as a safe, effective weight loss regimen. I’ve tried many protein drinks and never had any positive result. Almased is the best out there. I’ve gone as long as 2 weeks and my glucose levels are perfect, which is not the norm for me. I started on Monday and the first 2 days was hard, I had a terrible headache, then I realized that I used tsp instead of tbsp. When I adjusted it to the right measure it was super easy. I lost lbs. in 6 days. It is really easy to do, and I don’t have sugar craving or super hungry all the time. I keep doing the first phase for 7 more days to reach my weight goal.
I tried all the famous diets out there and none was as budget friendly or easy and effective as this one.

Consider this an investment in your life savings account...
I've had a wonderful experience with this product and have ordered multiple cans at this time. I started the process perhaps March of this year and had great success. I really didn't see the scale move much but more so a reduction in inches to the point that I was purchasing x-smalls and 2's. Fast forward through some major life changes and I've backslid but getting started again.
Definitely the first few days are the most difficult. The taste certainly isn't that of ice cream but it is not the worst. I was never a junk food person so the taste is not a problem.
For those struggling with taste, you have to give your taste buds time to adjust.
For those struggling with cost, do the math. If you do the 14 day fast how much would it cost you to feed yourself for 14 days? And at 2 shakes a day, how much to feed yourself 3 meals per day? The cost of garbage food is not the same as the cost of quality food.
Consider this as an investment in the quality of your life. Think of your purchases as deposits into the saving of your life especially if you are overweight.

I used Almased exclusively for three days, then moved to twice a day. Although there was weight loss, it was difficult to maintain the regimen. Second, the taste is an issue. Finally, cost is a huge factor. All that said, it seems to be an effective program...if one can ignore the above issues.

I have been using your product for about a year and I actually like it. It is much better with half a banana and almond breeze
With drop of vanilla. Sometimes I throw in an ice cube which breaks up the powder.

Amassed Really Works!
A few years back, I noticed a coworker looking a lot slimmer. She was walking towards me and shaking this bottle in her hand. I actually said "Hey Slim, looking good." We laughed and chatted, before I asked her about Almased. She said her doctor recommended so she could lose a few pounds. So I decided to try it also, long story short, I replaced one meal a day, blended with a banana to thicken and improve taste. I lost weight quickly, did not get hungry or go snack crazy between meals and it was diabetic safe. Pricing is decent, can't complain because the weight loss had me feeling energetic and walking more on my arthritic knees. It is my go to weight loss solution every time I need it.
