Worked hard, no luck!,,,
During the fast I was so weak (I had trouble walking, my arms and legs were the worst of all). I had to sit most of the time, although I was able to fast 4 days. I started having breakfast and lunch and a shake for dinner for 3 days. I then went for 2 shakes and 2 meals per day. I continued to be very weak, I did not leave my home for three weeks and now I am off the shakes. I could not do anything, including cleaning my home..I prepared the homemade broth as well and sipped that during the day. I really had my hopes up. I know what this weight is doing to me and it seems as if I can do nothing about it....I was hoping for the energy all these people have and I do not know where to turn now... Sincerely, Annie

Very Good Product
I've used Almased several times over the last 7 years. It is a good product and would recommend it highly. I mix mine with Almond milk and a frozen sliced banana in the blender....really good!! You can use any fruit you prefer.

I think Almased is a great product…
I think Almased is a great product because it works if you stay with it. It is healthier for you than many other 'diet' shakes.
The only down-side for me, is that the taste is rather bland, but with the many recipes for the shake, that problem is easily alleviated.
Give it a try!

An uplifting experience!
I am so grateful to have found Almased and took the risk of giving it a try. I have benn overly stressed in my life for several years and gained an unnecessary amount of weight. I have tried other diets and some worked, so didn't but none of them lasted for long. Almased has definitely helped me regain energy, stay satisfied and loose a bit of weight to turn my life around to become more heathier. I still have a fair amount to go, but I am much more confident now that Almased is in my corner. I would have offered a 5-star review, but as with all things in life, nothing is perfect - so, I'm giving a 4-star review as an almost 100% rating since I am grateful to have found Almased and to have it an important part of a healthy life. Sure wish there were some coupons to help with the price. Oh well.

Great weight loss plan!!
After careful research, we decided to try this product, Almased. We found it to be very easy to use and by mixing it with almond milk quite tasty.
We followed the company’s directions on usage and got excellent results. Not only did we lose the amount of weight, gently, but have kept it off.
