Brilliant products but awful customer service / shipping. Waited over a month for my first order. Stupidly made a second order and have now been waiting for 2 weeks after being told it's "been shipped with next day delivery" 3 days ago... they will lie to you on email, if you even get a response.

Awful customer service, ordered beige cap and they sent me a orange one now I can't get hold of anyone to rectify.

Ordered a hat on the 27th in uk. Not had any confirmation or any response when chasing to see if order out for delivery. Nearly two weeks with nothing, not sure if my order is being delivered or not.

I’ve been following Allways AWD for a couple of weeks after seeing their marketing on social media, and their content genuinely convinced me to give them a try. I placed my first order on Monday morning, and I was really impressed with how quickly it arrived.

The quality of the cap exceeded my expectations. As someone who struggles to find caps that fit and suit me properly, I was genuinely surprised by how comfortable the fit is. The design, materials and overall finish are all top quality, and you can tell a lot of thought has gone into the product.

It’s rare that I find a brand I’m excited to buy from again, but I’ll definitely be a returning customer. Great products, excellent customer service and fast delivery. Highly recommend.

Terrible customer service, ordered a hat weeks ago and still heard nothing. No refund

Ordered on the 23rd of July, got no confirmation email. Emailed them to ask where the confirmation is, or if my order had even been placed, even though the money was taken. No response in over a week.

I’ve bought multiple hats from allways, was never a massive hat guy but kept buying a bunch till I found the right one, and boy did I find it, the shape is perfect shallow enough for my small head but well designed so that it still stays on in any circumstance.

Purchased their camo Western Cap. Cap looks so good, love the fit, solid good looking quality. My order took about 2 weeks to come in which is not bad at all, considering I’m in the USA, and this company is in the UK. Definitely going to be purchasing from this company again in the future!
