No way to contact support
I’ve been with AllTrack for over a year. Everything seemed fine, until I actually needed help.
After updating my legal and business info, I can’t log in to my account anymore. I’m trying to update my email on file, but the password reset keeps sending to my old email, which is no longer accessible. I’ve been actively trying to get support since early May to fix this, with zero response.
I waited over 1.5 hours in their digital help center with no agent appearing. There’s no phone number or support email listed anywhere, and no way to escalate.
The last time I accessed my account was in early 2025, and even then, there was no detailed tracking info, only a vague notice that my music was played, but no play counts or earnings breakdown. There’s no way to see how close I am to their $50 minimum payout, which I’ve never received.
They lock you in for two years. Once you’re locked out and need help, you’re on your own.
Update: I’m still stuck waiting in AllTrack’s digital help queue, almost two hours and counting with zero response. This level of support is unacceptable for any company handling artists’ rights.
If you’re an indie artist, avoid AllTrack unless you have no other options. You deserve real support, clear data, and access to your own rights.
