No way to contact support


I’ve been with AllTrack for over a year. Everything seemed fine, until I actually needed help.

After updating my legal and business info, I can’t log in to my account anymore. I’m trying to update my email on file, but the password reset keeps sending to my old email, which is no longer accessible. I’ve been actively trying to get support since early May to fix this, with zero response.

I waited over 1.5 hours in their digital help center with no agent appearing. There’s no phone number or support email listed anywhere, and no way to escalate.

The last time I accessed my account was in early 2025, and even then, there was no detailed tracking info, only a vague notice that my music was played, but no play counts or earnings breakdown. There’s no way to see how close I am to their $50 minimum payout, which I’ve never received.

They lock you in for two years. Once you’re locked out and need help, you’re on your own.

Update: I’m still stuck waiting in AllTrack’s digital help queue, almost two hours and counting with zero response. This level of support is unacceptable for any company handling artists’ rights.

If you’re an indie artist, avoid AllTrack unless you have no other options. You deserve real support, clear data, and access to your own rights.

Thank you for sharing this experience. We’re sorry for the experience you described and for the difficulty you had accessing support at the time. Being locked out of an account and unable to get timely help is not acceptable, and we understand why that would be frustrating.

Please contact us at support@alltrack.com with your name and any email addresses associated with your account so we can investigate and resolve the issues you experienced. Our team will be sure to prioritize helping you regain access to your account and answer any outstanding questions.

Regarding royalties, your play counts will appear quarterly once you’ve reached the first payout quarter (see our payout schedule by rights type in our Help Center), regardless of whether you have met the payout threshold or not. Typically, when a creator does not see an earnings statement in their account, it is because they have not yet reached their first payout quarter. We would be happy to walk you through the payout schedule and where to locate your earnings in your account when you get in touch with us.

The worst platform ever on earth

The worst platform ever on earth. No response, or bad support, not sure works are collecting royalties properly because no ISWC has been generated and provided

Horrible Experience

My experience with them has been really bad.

First, I created an account on their website, then found out that by doing so, I had entered into a two-year agreement with them. And before I even created an account, I attempted to review their terms of service and policies, but those pages are not online (I'm not sure why).

Throughout the years, I contacted them several times with questions, but they took a long time to respond. They always had excuses about why they took long to respond.

I did eventually add my songs, but their customer service has been terrible. They take 7-10 days to respond to a message. And recently, I haven't received any responses from them going over my issues.

I don't know when my payouts will be processed as 2 payout dates have already been passed and I don't see any royalties or statements.
