All Things Tennis Arvostelua 

I ordered a Wilson Ultra 100L V5 Roland Garros on 15 August, selecting a Solinco Hyper-G Soft string through their own checkout. The order confirmed with a specific promise: FedEx Express, arriving Tuesday 18 August. Payment of £175.98 was taken in full the same day.

The 18th arrived; the racket did not. The order status still read "preparing for shipping" — no tracking, no dispatch, and crucially, no contact from them at any point to say anything was wrong. It took my own chasing email, sent on the delivery date itself, to discover the order had been quietly put on hold.

Their representative Logan then explained that the string upgrade I'd selected through their checkout "hadn't actually been added" to the order, and that they would not dispatch until I confirmed the upgrade and paid a further invoice. In other words: their own checkout confirmed the specification, their own system took my money in full, their own confirmation promised a delivery date — and when their pricing error surfaced, the proposed solution was that I pay for it.

When I declined the extra invoice and asked them simply to honour the order as confirmed and paid, giving them a further two working days to dispatch, Logan's response was to cancel the order outright rather than fulfil it — framed as us having "been unable to reach an agreement," as though honouring a confirmed, fully paid order were a matter for negotiation.

So the complete customer experience was: pay in full, hear nothing, chase on delivery day, get asked for more money, refuse, get cancelled. I ordered this racket for a class this Thursday, against a delivery date their own checkout guaranteed; I'll be attending without it. If their checkout misprices a string option, that is a problem for them to absorb or fix — not one to hand to the customer three days after taking payment, and certainly not grounds to cancel a confirmed order when the customer politely holds them to it.

I dot know why I always put worries in my head by looking straight at the negative reviews over the vast positives! Tbh I was thinking twice about ordering but so glad i did- the majority positive reviews won 🏆 The item arrived early on the exact day it said it would .I ordered on sat and it arrived Tuesday morning. Credit where credits due !!

My return was tracked but never acknowledged as received by All Things Tennis. I have emailed twice and called once with no response. I'm out of pocket over £200 and don't seem to be getting anywhere.

First time using. Bought 2 rackets and balls and paid for next day delivery. They refunded 1 of the rackets, no email just a PayPal refund. No phone calls or email to ask if I would like an alternative racket. Very poor.
Update the following day. Next day delivery was selected but the shipment has still not been picked up from the seller. What a useless company. Who knows when it will arrive. Disappointed daughter

I recently ordered a Yonex tennis racket for my 10 year old son for his birthday he used it only a couple of times and then whilst he was playing he hit a ball and the racket suddenly bent upwards and the frame cracked and the string broke, he did not hit the ball very hard as i was watching him play. It is clearly a fault on the new racket but, "All things Tennis" have said it is NOT a manufacturing fault and they will not exchange the racket! he only used it a few times and he is not even able to hit the ball very hard! I am not able to buy him a new one and do not feel i should have to. I sent it back and now they do not reply and he has no tennis racket! I CAN ONY ASSUME THEY SELL "SECONDS" THIS IS WHY THEY ARE SLIGHLY CHEAPER!

Fantastic service next day delivery- Apple Pay autod the wrong address even when I’d changed billing- spoke to ATT customer service and quickly fixed with other tips added- great to be able to speak to a real person as in the old days - don’t grow too big and go automated - the death of proper service.
