Took money upfront for a part and i have never seen them since, they ignore emails they get rude if you do manage to actually speak to RICKY!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS THEY ARE BASICALLY THEIVES!

Their online advert looks so professional, I now know they are the opposite.
Had to pay £150 call out upfront, my elderly mum had a leaking toilet system. He turned up nearly an hour early, so I hadn’t had time to get to my mums first. He had poor English which was hard to understand, had no parts with him. I then got an email from a Joanne, to say they needed £148 to order the part and it would be another £150 for each hour.
Complete rip off scammers. Do not use.
How can they still be getting away with this.

I would add, not only did we get charged £150.00, for nothing, he could have turned the water off at the isolation valve, as the water was continually running down the toilet, but he didn’t. My husband did this under the instruction of a local plumber, who later brought the parts needed and fixed for a much better price.

I used them to fix a dishwasher, I paid £118 up front, stupid of me but i got them off this site through a new name they use called 'Pro Improve'. He showed up with hardly any tools, told me to replace it and basically ran out of the door. Complete Scammers and have reported them

Subsequent to blinds installation I find the cords are all illegal in breach of health and safety regulations regarding height from ground level and absence of cleats. This confirms the serious concerns I expressed in my previous review. Avoid this company!

Terrible company. Basically scammers. They charged me £150 pounds upfront for a plumbing job. Plumber only came for five minutes and didn't bring tools. Then wanted to come back the following day and charge me another £150. Also kept asking if there were other jobs that needed doing. Charged us congestion charge even though not on original specification and was only charged because they were late! Do not use this company.

Avoid at all costs – these cowboys will scam you.

I booked a plumber to arrive between 2 and 3pm. Had to pay £138 in advance for 1 hours work. This should have put me off immediately, but I had a leak that needed urgent fixing.This was a simple job – replacing a toilet cistern stop valve. Plumber arrived early at 12pm without any warning while I was out. Finally after much chasing they turned up again at 6pm. The Polish plumber only had a bucket of tools with him. He didn’t bring the flexible braided hose I asked to have installed, so he left again to buy the part. This took 20 minutes. He returned, only to discover a few minutes later that he needed another part, so he disappeared again for another 20 minutes.
After an hours work he said the job was done, so I tested the flush, and noticed that the cistern wasn’t filling properly and was taking three times as long to fill. I checked the hose and the plumber had installed it with a bend/kink in it. The plumber then had to spend another hour fixing his mistake. In the end he demanded to be paid for two hours work plus parts, despite the fact that he had spent 40 mins going to the wholesalers, and spent an hour redoing his dodgy work.

In summary for a simple job that SHOULD only have taken an hour I was charged almost £350, due to the plumber’s incompetence. A complete rip off. I felt cheated and scammed. The plumber wouldn’t leave till I had transferred the money.

Please do not use this company – they are complete cowboys and should not be allowed to operate.

DO NOT USE- overpriced & incredibly rude showed up an hour early with no communication, came up looked at the wall (I had already sent them pictures of the job that needed doing) then said okay I need to go get materials (already confirmed the paint colour so no idea why they didn’t come with the necessary equipment) I asked how long it would take he said 2 hours and there’s an £80 additional charge for equipment- he finished in an hour and 4 minutes and still tried to charge me for 2 hours, as apparently the job started from when he arrived and I had to pay for travel times to ‘get materials’ I have never heard of a painter who arrives at a job to paint a wall with no materials. They charged me £337 to paint one wall, I spoke with the manager who was also incredibly rude, avoid at all costs

Tradesman arrived approx. 7 hours late. No update from the company and when WE chased told a number of times"he's around the corner". The company guy on the phone was unhelpful, rude and took an obnoxious manner with us. The Tradesman who turned up couldn't speak English properly and took us 30 mins to explain what 'WE' wanted (we had paid for the hour - was this a ploy too charge for additional money). We were offered a discount, which was never paid. Never use again!!

1) First visit engineer was 2 hours late, but no communication so I was left hanging around waiting 2) Lack of communication was constant. I had to chase them constantly to find out what was happening 3) they took weeks to refix a bathroom door handle 4) incredibly expensive, £290 to fix a bathroom door

I had a plumber coming over 31 January for a leak coming from the shower. The drains are hidden behind a metal plate so I assumed the metal plate would be taken off to see where the leak was coming from. Instead, the plumber just sealed the metal plate so the water couldn't come out. When I questioned this, his broken English was so bad I didn't understand a thing but hey, I assumed I was the stupid one so I just accepted his explanation that it was all fixed now. Well, that only lasted a few weeks; now water is protruding out of the metal plate again, so obviously, there's something wrong. I contacted the company who got back to me saying the plumber did fix the problem... I asked if another plumber could come and have a second opinion, but the company never got back to me. So this is NOT a serious company. Do not use it.

Paid the call out fee up front. Originally booked for same day, it was delayed by the company to the following day.

Plumber arrived late in a small hatchback and wanted to charge an additional £241 for the job (which needed a £18 pipe).

We refused so the plumber(?) left; he had no spares in his hatchback.

Horrendous experience - paid for the first hour upfront. Then at end of job, they insisted this was not to be deducted from the total charge (despite saying it would be the day before) and the plumber refused to leave. Felt threatened in my house, and had to call the police before he would go.

Absolutely never use scammers. We lost a lot of money. These people come to visit and ask for half the deposit to sell it. We were in a hurry and found out that 9 fraudulent companies were being used at the same time. They use bankruptcy and fraud every time. The scammer is Polish and you should know that your family in Poland will be in danger. If you are a scammer reading this, you will regret it greatly.
