Allison Homes - Abbey Park Arvostelua 

I had an exceptional experience purchasing my new home, thanks to the dedicated team at Abbey Park. This was my second time choosing this Organisation. Both experiences have been nothing short of fantastic.

I initially bought a property with them in 2021 on phase one of the development and then decided to part exchange in 2024 to move into phase 2 of the development. Tracy, Maria, and the entire team were incredibly supportive throughout the process, consistently liaising with external parties, especially when it seemed my partner’s property sale might fall through.

Now that we’re settled in, both my partner and I are thrilled with our new home. The finishings are pristine, and the craftsmanship truly stands out compared to most new builds on the market today.

We moved into our Allison Homes property in March and we couldn't be happier with process and the quality of the property. From reservation through to completion Tracy from the sales office was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble and she was always on hand to answer any questions and made the process so simple. Having Tracy as our consistent point of contact made such a difference and made the whole experience much more personal. We used the Part exchange scheme and couldn't recommend enough, it removed all the stress of selling our old house and allowed a seamless move across to our new house without causing any disruption to us or our young daughter.
After moving in there was a few minor snags (to be expected in a new build) but within days of being in we met Arya, the Customer Experience Manager, for our settling in visit who is the gold standard for customer service - she quickly and efficiently addressed all the issues we had was always in contact to keep us updated. Arya is always on site and will always reach out to make sure we are happy and that there are no issues, which is great as it makes us feel valued as 'customers' as there is always the concern that once completed you would be pushed aside and forgotten as so many people report with other developers. We are now signed off with Arya and with the customer service team again we have been given a single point of contact which makes it much more personal and easy if and when any issues arise. We have an impressive 2 year aftercare window so will report back then. To conclude I feel Allison Homes genuinely want customers to have the best experience possible and would defiantly recommend them and their properties.

We recently moved into our new build house on the Abbey Park development. From the moment of our first enquiry right up until now has been excellent. Tracy in the sale office is fantastic, her assistance with the sales process made it very smooth, easy and stress free. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Liz is also great answering our many questions. Together in the sales office they make a great team.
Once moved, Ayra was straight in contact to make sure everything was ok and even now any snags and the small leak we picked up she is straight on it booking in the work to be done and checking it’s been done to a high standard. Overall we are very impressed and happy with Allison Homes.

Nothing was too much trouble; they went out of their way to ensure we had a smooth journey to our new home.

We are currently in the process of buying a new build Allison Homes property on Abbey Park. It is still relatively early days in our journey and we are still a couple of months away from moving into our new home. Tracy has been brilliant throughout the process so far- from our initial meeting where we discussed our requirements from a new home to helping us weigh up options for the sale of our current property. She has been transparent and taken time to carefully explain the process. She is always at the end of the phone or what’s app message when a question pops into our heads. Most recently we had the exciting task of choosing the fixtures and fittings in our new house and Tracy did not make us feel rushed at all giving us plenty of time to look , discuss and change our minds several times before giving her our final ideas.
I just wanted to pop a little positive review on here during this mid point in our journey and will update once we are completed and moved in.
