They are scammers. They advertised Stanley cups and asked me to pay for shipping. To my surprise,my account was deducted twice and only leant later that the other amount deducted was subscription fee. I was supposed to receive Stanley cup in three to five days but never received. When I contacted them to enquire, the denied having promotion on Stanley cups. After complaining bitterly, Jeremy escalating assistant manager ,promised a refund on condition that I write a positive review of which I did but no refund has been made so far. They have since been ignoring after a review that I gave. So please these are scammers and must be investigated. They don't ask for much. So probably people don't really care to complain but those small amounts collected from a thousand people makes a fortune at the end of the day. Scammers scammers scammers ! Stop stealing from poor people by creating fake promotions. I need my money back.

Money kept on being taken out of my bank account without me authorizing it. The first time it happened, I already spoke with an agent via chat about me not authorizing that and that I didn't want any membership and whatnot but I checked my bank again yesterday and money was still taken out

Je viens d'être avertie que mon CB avait été piraté.
En cherchant je suis tombée sur cette entreprise. Très en colère j'ai cherché le site et j'ai pu discuter pour comprendre à quoi correspondait ce prélèvement.
J'ai soi disant souscrit un abonnement.
Donc je regarde sur mon compte et je trouve les fameux 2 euros qui au départ étaient fait pour ajouter des gigas sur mon téléphone. Et ces 2 euros correspondent à ce site.
Très surprise et surtout très en colère
Je demande à annuler ce soi disant abonnement fait sans consentement et surtout sans justificatif.
On me répond que le prélèvement de plus de 60 euros a été refusé ( merci à ma banque ) et que de ce fait on va annuler cet abonnement.
Je perds 2 euros c'est le moindre mal sachant que si ma banque n'avait pas refusé le paiement je ne sais pas où j'en serai actuellement.
Une véritable Honte ce site.

J'ai reçu ce jour (11/03) par mail des excuses .
Il semblerait qu'il y avait "une période d'essai" , notification non reçue. Il reste que l'adhésion a été annulée et que la désactivation de mon compte ait été retirée de la base des données.
Je devrais être remboursée ?.
Geste que j'apprécie mais qui ne m'explique pas pourquoi un retrait de 63 euros avait été fait sur mon compte ?.

The subscription process was easy though it was not made clear, the cost implications associated with the subscription. The unsubscribing process was also seamless. I am yet to receive my refund and can only comment on this after the refund is received.
