We ordered 3 lbs of crab legs and recieved 3.5 crab legs for $500. The crab legs did not weigh anywhere near 3 lbs. I even got on a scale holding them and gained 1 lb. Was our first order from them and will be our last. Overpriced.

Amazing crab! Used it for stuffed mushrooms and were blown away by the big lumps and fantastic taste. Will definitely be back—thank you!

I purchased COLOSSAL Crab, and what came was small, pearl shaped pieces NOTHING that resembles the photo in the least!!!!
I also bought the stuffed shrimp and the shrimp, were minuscule with a stuffing of mostly breadcrumbs.
AND……then I checked my bank account after placing the order, and they had charged me 5 times, SOOOOO I needed to call and clarify my order and tell them what had happened.
They fixed it, but it was a hassle.
The ONLY redeeming feature of this company is the shipping/container !!!
Would not recommend their products for anyone!!!!! Photos were alllllll a lie, NOT what I expected!!!
I’ve had larger pieces, of crabmeat, from the cans you buy in the grocery store……the strange part, was the pieces looked like small pearls , where/how they came upon this shape, I have no idea !!!!!

If I could give less than zero stars, that would still be too high of a score. The absolute WORST customer service representative I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. Had purchased my parents some seafood and steaks for Christmas and when I went and paid with PayPal, it auto generated an old address, which o admitted was my mistake. Was supposed to be delivered to Ohio on the 23rd and I caught the error on the 22nd when I first made contact. I asked if I could just cancel and place a new order and was fine with paying more. The initial rep was super friendly and helpful and said “rest assured, we will contact FedEx and have it rerouted, so a new order will not be necessary” Fast forward to the next day and I get an alert that it had been delivered to m old address in Florida. Hop on the phone and get told that it will be there on the 24th. Then comes my Csr experience. This lady, who should have zero I yeration with the public, tells me well this is your mistake and there is nothing that we will do. No options, no attempts to figure out a resolution, just “your mistake and we will not be doing anything”. It was delivered on the 26th and the fish was spoiled. Called in md the same lady answers with her award winning customer service skills. And this is verbatim her statement “ well, we will let you order again” Let me order gain? First and last time using this company and I really hope they listen to the calls and she is unemployed for the new year

Giving them one star is generous..Trash and false advertisement! I purchased collosal king crab legs as well as king crab legs. I spent $497.00 with this company only to receive small legs a bag of crab fragments. Nothing like their pix. I wish I could post photos. A mess of an order and a waste of money. Never again.

I did not get the size they advertised ( super colossal )not even close,but what they sent was 10 pounds ( over 1 thousand dollars)of the worst king crab I ever had.Bought about 4/5 mouths ago,just chocked down the last of it last night 12/18/25.2 disputes with discover I lost,thinking of consumer protection next.Who ever reads this if you want king crab get it from Alaska where I bought it before,NOT NEW YORK if this was the first time I ever had king crab and thougth this is what it tastes like I would never buy it again,that's how bad it was.Bottom line if you want really great crab get it from Alaska and you taste what fresh is all about,I think what they sent me was really old and should have been tossed out.John Bernardo

I am all about great quality food. The website states that the shrimp and scallops I purchased are wild-caught. But the packaging is generic and does not confirm this; it's as if all the shrimp and scallops in their warehouse are pooled into one freezer (I am certain they have to be, given the lack of labeling on the products I received). I spent extra money for wild-caught, when I have no idea if this is really the case or not. With such unclear packaging, I sense it is all farm-raised and/or Chinese seafood. I am really disappointed. Will not be ordering again.

I ordered from AllFreshSeafood.com for my daughter’s 40th birthday and was so impressed. The delivery came right to our door, hassle-free, and the fish was professionally ice-packed and meticulously prepared.
Fresh, high-quality seafood is very important to me, and everything arrived in perfect condition. The care in packing gave me total peace of mind, and the fish itself was outstanding. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

This company is expensive and not worth the money. The customer service is unhelpful and doesn't "stand" behind their product. Don't waste the money.

I've been wanting to try ordering seafood online for a long time, and finally decided. I chose this site because they seem to have a wide selection, shrimp, oysters, fish, even crabs. I ordered an assortment of seafood, a couple of types of fish and some mussels. The site is clear, the order was processed without problems, but the delivery turned out to be longer than promised. They wrote on the website that everything would arrive in the evening, but they brought it closer to night. It's not critical, but I still wanted to cook dinner, and I had to postpone it for the next day. When I opened the boxes, I was a little worried - seafood spoils quickly, and if you're at least a couple of hours late, you can throw away half of it. But fortunately, everything looked quite fresh. There was no unpleasant smell, the ice held, the packaging was dense, without streaks. The fish looked good, the eyes were clear, not cloudy. However, one package of mussels turned out to have a damaged corner, and some liquid leaked out - not a disaster, but unpleasant, especially for such a price.

The shipment arrived 7 days later then promised. The real issue is the 5 pounds of crab were sliced into pieces. There was not a single crab leg unsliced. I expected slicing to mean the shell would be open. I always use a scissor to open the shell.
It is not appetizing to serve. The cost was $549 for 5 pounds. The good reviews are not for sliced crag legs

This was my first time trying their shrimp and I was very pleased with the taste and freshness of it. I tried the crab meat as well, absolutely scrumptious!

Living in New England, I have found that fresh seafood is plentiful. At first, I was hesitant to order from Allfreshseafood, but once I tried it, I was sold. Everything I have ordered from this company has been as fresh as if I picked it out of the sea myself. The best parts of ordering from this company are the prices, the packaging, the delivery, and most of all the freshness. Try the baked stuffed clam appetizer.

I ordered seafood from this company for my husband’s birthday and was initially very excited. Unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing due to poor communication and lack of accountability.

After placing my order, I called the company the next day to confirm it had shipped. I spoke with a representative named Gladys, who told me the order was on its way. When I called again the following day to check the tracking (since I hadn’t received an update), she denied ever speaking with me and insisted the order had not been shipped at all. As a result, it didn’t arrive in time for my husband’s birthday.

I even showed phone records proving I had called when I said I did, but there was no acknowledgment or sincere apology, just deflection. Mistakes happen, but the unwillingness to take responsibility or show any empathy was really disappointing.

I truly hope this company invests in better customer service training and communication systems, because the product may be good, but the experience matters just as much. A simple apology and ownership of the mistake would have gone a long way.

Good selection, tasty food and fast delivery of well frozen food. Lobster ravioli was a reorder as it is the best we have found. Chunks of lobster and sauce is delicious. Ordered two batches this time!

Everything about this company is first class. From the time you place your order to the outstanding packaging! Ordered the lobster meat and it was the absolute freshest and tastiness I’ve ever purchased. Their price is some of the cheapest you will find anywhere.

We are trying all the ready meals from All Fresh, and I have not found one that is disappointing. The shrimp in the Lemon, Butter Shrimp is firm and tasty, the broccoli cooked perfectly, and the rice pilaf yummy. Including homemade lemon butter sauce is the icing on the cake. We are so pleased with these high quality, healthy meals!

The freshest seafood i have ever bought jumbo shrimp, crab legs and lobster are my favorite. Sword fish was wonderful too

I have been ordering from Allfreshseafood for a few months now and have been able to try quite a few items. From the escargot to the South African lobster tails, and from the top shelf filet mignons to the whole fish, I am proud to say this company has replaced my local grocery store. Everything I’ve had has been phenomenal, if I ever had an issue the customer service team was on it pronto. I live in a coastal area (south florida) and have access to fresh fish but always enjoyed cold water species, this company was the solution to that. I look forward to ordering many more products in the future.
