Thank you for giving us a shot, and I am sorry that you did not like or product and that you did not receive a good return service from our team.
Unfortunately, returns with multiple units of the same product have return deductions - the reason for this is because we made the conscious decision to lower our prices and then ask first time customers to just order 1 item first to see if they like the product before ordering more. This way, we have fewer returns to process, which means lower costs for us, which means lower prices for all customers. This is different than most other brands in that they offer "free returns" on all products and then increase their product prices to offset those "free returns" (that's how you end up with $30 or more for a pair of premium underwear compared to our almost half the price), so you're just paying for everyone else's returns in a less direct way. Our assumption is that customer care more about lower prices than the ability to process a ton of returns and pay for other customers excessive returns.
