All-Wall Equipment Co. Inc Arvostelua

The item was received exactly as described. It was a perfect fit. Great quality replacement delivered faster than expected. That's great for my bottom l8ne.

Had to order from the states as stock in aus, placed the order and got it quicker then some deliveries from inside aus!! Easy to deal with and no problems at all from start to finish. Thanks will be back for another order when needed!

Good and fast 👍🏻

Got what I ordered in a timely manner. Thank you.

I purchased 5 shirts all xl and short sleeve.
The previous long sleeves i purchased were all xl also, and they fit very well.the short sleeves were to small and when i tried to return them i had to pay the shipping and a restocking fee.
I have never had to pay any of this on any other purchases i made through any other orders at many different stores online.
This made me not want to shop at all wall no more

Good product

Always fast every time. Many orders of thousands of dollars over the years and I’ve found nothing to complain about. Definitely a pro shop for pros!

The ability to fill my order completely and deliver to me quickly.

Quick and easy!! Thanks, I will be ordering again soon ..

I was very happy that you carried this specialized and hard to get sandpaper. It was very easy to order online. I received the order much sooner than I was expecting. Will definitely shop here again. Thank you for the great service.

The quality of merchandise is fine but they don't control that. What they fo control is their customer service. I purchased pouches & belt with back support. The belt was much too large so I wanted to exchange &/or return but was advised they have a 15% restocking fee & we also would have to pay for return shipping. After those out of pocket costs the refund would have been like $12!! Just ridiculous that a company would have these practices in place pretty much ensuring they never loose a dime. Albeit the rep was poliet & nice, I had to reorder a new belt & pay for shipping again. Just so irritating.

This company’s return policy is deeply disappointing and unnecessarily punitive. Customers are required to pay for their own return shipping and are also charged a 15% restocking fee, even when the product is unused and returned in perfect condition. Had I known this in advance, I would have gladly paid the slightly higher price to order through a company like Amazon, which offers simple and cost-free returns.

Attempting to obtain a refund from this company has been an exercise in frustration and wasted time. Their policies clearly prioritize profit over customer satisfaction. I will not be purchasing from them again, and I strongly advise others to read the fine print before doing business with this company.

They're the only ones that had my parts at a decent price. great customer service
