What is the point of sending an email, saying that an order has been shipped when it hasn't? Not only not shipped, but still not shipped a few weeks later? And no answers, no communication.

It’s not exactly what I wanted
It’s not exactly what I wanted, I really wanted the recurve knife. The knife that I received will do the job so I’m just gonna go with what I got no one in this area that I live in has or even knows what a knock down knife is so I’m happy to have what I got. Thank you.

I did not receive all of my order
I did not receive all of my order, was shorted 2 toe, leg, and arch straps and missing 16 screws and washers. You can't just send an email without logging into an account. These were a Christmas gift for my son.
