Matt and the team at Alison Automotive, Berkley Heath did a great job. The car was ready to test drive when I arrived and I was given time on my own with the car to look at various features. Matt was on hand when I had questions and other members of the team helped with explaining the paperwork. The car was beautifully turned out when I collected it and the whole buying experience was excellent. I would definitely recommend this team.

1st impressions were made over the phone on Monday morning. At my request and within 30 minutes notice, Ellie was able to arrange for a test drive of my chosen vehicle. Very polite and very helpful. I raised a few questions/concerns which were immediately addressed. This led to me paying a deposit. After I raised a further query, manager was happy to address the issue, which was immediately resolved. Car was ready for collection on Friday, freshly serviced and with fresh MOT. Again Ellie was very efficient. Drove away happy.

Have been to there all the way from glasgow,LIA she amazed us...picked up from the local station,done all the paper works in 20mnts ttaada..thats us...driving home back to glasgow now....😇

I’m very disappointed with this car sales garage, which Im sad to say after my initial experience was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Took a car for a test drive and liked it, but noticed a few faults with the car. Was assured that the car would be fully inspected before I picked it up if I bought it, so I did. One week later Im back to pick up the car. I took the car for another test drive and the faults from previous test drive was still there. Was going to walk away but was assured the car would be fixed and checked if I carried on with the sale. And to be fair they lowered the price of the car for my inconvenience. So I waited a further week for the faults be fixed. So Im back a week later, took the car for another test drive and the main fault (engine management light) was gone. So I bought the car and did the paperwork with Lia, who was excellent. She was very helpful and friendly and made the buying experience enjoyable. However after leaving the car garage and going on the motorway the engine management light came on. I’ve taken the car to a garage and turns out a airflow sensor was faulty and the error code was just deleted and no work was done. I’ve also had to top the car up with adblue and oil dispirit the car being serviced before I bought it. Now the tailgate control module is faulty. I thank god that the car had a warranty as some of these things will be covered. However things that was promised was not done and I’ve now got the inconvenience of having to sort these issues. After spending 19k on a car I would expect better.
