Wig not shipped, made my purchase on Monday and today is Friday. It’s been processing since Monday.

My hair was ordered and delivered on time. The hair quality was excellent and fits just perfect. Ill definitely shop here every time.

Hair was shipped out fast and came within 3 days, I am beyond thrilled with this purchase, hair has meet all my expectations and the communication was amazing, by far the best hair company you can trust lady’s, you will never get disappointed. I will recommend Ali pearl Hair to all friends, family and love ones. Best hair purchase ever! I am super excited with the hair.

After being a loyal customer for 7+ years, I’m disappointed by how badly Alipearl has handled my recent $420 order. They claim the wig was “left on my porch” (completely absurd for such an expensive item), yet nothing was delivered. Cameras and neighbors confirm it never arrived. To make things worse, the tracking numbers don’t even match, and despite me paying for insurance, they refuse to launch an investigation or honor their own refund policy.

Customer service has been a nightmare, WhatsApp agents just tell me to “check my mailbox,” but I’ve never received their refund-related emails (even though their promotions come through just fine). I even provided an alternative email, but they continue to ignore me. At this point I’ve had to open a PayPal dispute because Alipearl is being deliberately deceitful and unhelpful. Absolutely do not trust them.

I ordered a wig 26inches. But wen I rcd it, it looked short so I measured it stretch length and it was only 23inches. I tried to tell them but they said this is normal? I have lost money! I have had to put in a complaint with pay pal . Im a first time customer I won't be shopping with them again!

Ali Pearl never disappoints. My units are always exceptional. Hair is always top quality and the lace is always the best, with natural hairline plucking and bleached knots. Units come customized and ready to install. I have made several purchases from Ali Pearl and I get the same consistent quality with every purchase. They also have fast shipping and great customer service. They stay in contact with you from the time you order until the time you receive the unit!

The wig has hair falling out left and right within a few months. I am experienced with wigs and NEVER had this occurs before. I don't mind paying for quality, but I feel scammed with this poor quality, $400 wig.

The hair had a strong smell, overbleached lace and wig started to bald and shed within the first weeks of usage.

I needed hair for my event last minute so I sent a message to their customer to see if I can pick it up in person. They answered swiftly, they even upgraded to 18 inches although I ordered 16 inches for free just so I can pick up my hair in person, just in time for my convention. The hair is of great quality, curls were intact, parted nicely. I would definitely order again.

I just ordered 300% density for the first time and it did not disappoint! I will never be going back. For when I purchased the wig to delivery customer service has been amazing. Mind you I originally bought the wig as 250 density and they were able to customize it for me before shipping out. Probably one of the best wigs I’ve ordered from Ali pearl and I’ve been using their company for almost 6 years now.

I been ordering from alipearl for some years. I have at least 12 wigs from them, I am always getting compliments. I love the curly hair selection, I also have had tried the bundles. Overall I love the product and hope the quality keeps up.

I live in Hawaii so I'm impressed how fast the shipping arrived. I was in constant communication with AliPearl ensuring my order, payment, and shipping was all verified. The unit looks great. Its ready to wear and feels light. I will be ordering more orders with AliPearl. The box and packaging is very classy as well.

This company has beautiful, full and quality hair. From the time I ordered the hair to the time I put the hair on I was more than satisfied with my purchase. I will definitely be making more purchases.

Just like the poor girl who had her party ruined as she has no wig to wear same thing. Asked if they could do a custom colour for me and 22 inches, I again wanted it for my birthday, the wig didn't arrive, and when it did, the wig is not 22 inches I ordered and the hair quality is shedding badly and looks damaged as if the dye has over processed the hair. I've messaged this company how many times and all they keep asking for is a picture as if they don't know what they sent me. Now this morning on WhatsApp having sent all the pix I'm getting no response from them. I've been wearing wigs since 2014 due to brain surgery and my hair not growing back properly at the front, why do this Chinese companies spring up and take liberties, and charge a fortune for sub standard goods! So over it, every time I think I've found my company they let me down, I think it's time to say goodbye to these Chinese manufacturers, how can they possibly understand what our requirements are if 1, they don't wear wigs and 2 if they don't know what black women want. Let's move forward ladies of colour we can do better l!!

The wig is great but the lace hair is not full for my liking.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I will never order from here again. I ordered a week ago and the hair is still processing. It was supposed to be delivered today. I now have no hair for my birthday and I have no idea what to do. This company literally ruined a party I already paid for because I don’t have a wig. I’m livid, I will never order from here again. Do NOT trust these people to help you with anything. I’ve been talking to customer service for 6 days and they’ve placated me everyday saying it’ll be here soon and I haven’t even received tracking info. Never again. Horrible company.

UPDATE: it has been more than 2 weeks since my order was supposed to be shipped and I still haven’t received anything. I contacted support and they gave me a Chinese tracking number knowing I couldn’t do anything with it. I asked for a refund and I was told that I’d have to wait 3 days for them to initiate the refund or they could ship my hair out in 3 days. This is actually a joke at this point. Please don’t ever give these people your money

FINAL UPDATE: My order NEVER arrived. In the time that they told me to “wait 3 days” I ordered another unit from a better brand and received it while ALIPEARL was still trying to type their customer service messages into Google translate. After an additional week, I canceled the order and had to wait TWENTY BUSINESS DAYS for a refund. I was actually scammed by this company because they were selling products they didn’t even have. If they were based in the U.S. I’d file a criminal complaint for theft of services. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE.

Got the m hairline/lagos hairline wig in 16 inches..250%. I just want to say wow..The lace is truly HD and super full. It's good to see that they actually sent a 250% density wig and not some wishy washy low density wig. The only criticism I have would be to make sure all length equal 16 inches and not just the back. I've been buying Vietnamese wigs for a long while now and I'm soo used to be wigs being full length regardless of front, side or back. It's when ordering from china ..I'm reminded that they measure theirs differently. So the sides to me feel more like 14 but the back is 16. Other than that ... beautiful wig. The lace bleached nicely. You don't need to do much to it as it comes pre plucked already. Shipping was also super fast and they communicated with me throughout. So thank you.

Great communication with the seller. Delivery took quite a while that’s the only reason i’ve given 4 and not 5 stars. As for the product, completely as described, 100% human hair, true to length AND density!! Will be ordering from Alipearl again !
