Aligracehair Arvostelua 

J'ai reçu ma commande aujourd'hui et j'ai été très déçu. La perruque ne correspondait pas à celle de l'image . J'ai commandé du 12 pouces et j'ai reçu du 10 pouces . La qualités des mèches laissaient à désiré et du coup j'ai fais une réclamation.
J'espère me faire rembourser car la perruque ne ressemble juste à rien .

Pour une première expérience sur ce site ,je suis totalement déçue 😞

My experience with Aligrace was very good I had never ordered before so I was a little anxious the communication was great very prompt the hair arrived in 10 days it was soft and silky I even had a small gift of faux eyelashes I would definitely recommend nothing was to much trouble

Got my hair in a little over a week! The hair is soft and the exact length I ordered! The seller was so sweet and communicated with me throughout the whole shipping and delivering. Will definitely buy from them again!!

This was not my first time ordering with this company, its actually my 3rd and each time I have been highly satisfied with my orders, they are good quality wigs. The older two I’ve have for 2 years and they are still in great condition, the newer one I just brought came super soft and full. I got a 28 inch wish with the 2nd highest density and it give me a very natural look. I will continue to shop with them as I have yet to be disappointed.

Awful service.
This page harasses people after you visit their page, asking why didn’t you finish your shopping. What’s it too expensive? Is it a payment problem?
I mean how did they get my phone number in the first place if I didn’t even sign up to pay?
Also the 7 days delivery will take more than 7 days, but they don’t tell you. I got sent a tracking number and link… when I clicked on it, I was redirected to a French website with not option to translate the page to another language (very dodgy).
The service is so bad that they take days to reply your questions about your order, even though the communication it’s done via WhatsApp (you’d think they’d be faster). Overall I believe that the company is stealing people’s data from their phone or laptop.

Okay guys first of all communication is amazing honestly they will ensure everything is fine perfectly. Onto the hair it is totally worth the price definitely 100% human and true to lengthen texture and density is 10/10,BUY BUY won’t be disappointed I bought this for my birthday can’t wait

I ordered a 250% density wig at 26 inches. Although the hair is good quality, the hair is definitely not 26 inches even stretched. If you are going to order just be aware this may happen.

I received my hair a few days ago and it came sooooo fast!!!! The packaging/satchel it comes in is nice and well put together. This is my first time ordering from this vendor and so far so good. I have not washed or installed the hair yet so I’m sure the unit will look even better once washed installed and styled. Can’t wait!
