Well, My experience so far with alfalah travel has been positive. Sister Laiba has helped secure an umrah package (December 2026) for us with patience and not rushing us. She response to every query I have in choosing a package. I commend her customer service and hopefully the rest of the journey continues smooth. So far I'm happy. Oh, they have a valid ATOL number too.

Alfalah has provided a very good Umrah package for us. Hotels and transportation were booked and communicated in an efficient manner. When we arrived to Jeddah the driver was waiting for us. Hotels were nice some of which better than expected. Sister Laiba went above and beyond to facilitate everything and she was avaialable whenever we had a query, especially to help with transportation company communication around luggage. In her absense Brother Abbas was also able to help. Sister Laiba was professional, friendly and very keen to help.

I would want to go again with Alfalah inshaAllah and hope to deal with Sister Laiba.

I highly recommend anyone who who wants to visit Makkah and medina Abbas Armain is your guy. Everything was planned by him and the service was 5 star or more. I recommend alfalahtravel for anyone with kids trying to Umrah. Everything was well planned once we landed from airport to the hotels and we also had translator for the kids who couldn’t understand English.
