Wouldn’t even give them a 1star at all! They have organised packages and then have sent payment link. Then for the payments to be made they have got agressive and argumentative because deposit was made by credit card which system allowed this. And they over speak you on the phone and don’t listen to customers at all what so ever
Really rude customer service from there end wouldn’t recommend them to anyone at all, and top of that the push you harass you to make the payment

First time of using them and not the best customer service at all and I would never use them at all and do not recommend others to use them either

Provided a great Umrah package at a very competitive price.
We had booked this before the war started in the middle east. As there was uncertainty on whether flights would be allowed.Hamza kept us informed with any updates. He also checked on us while we were out there. We would use al zowar again. Would definitely recommend them.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Another Exceptional Experience – Highly Recommended

This is our second time booking our Umrah journey with Al Zowar Travel. We travelled with them last year and had such an exceptional experience that we had no hesitation in choosing them again this year.

This time, we mainly liaised with Mustafa, who was extremely helpful throughout the process. We did experience some issues regarding our visas, which became incredibly stressful as our travel date got closer. With only a short time left before departure, we genuinely began to worry that we may not be able to travel at all.

Throughout this, Mustafa continued to reassure us that he would do everything possible to ensure we received our visas in time. Although it came right down to the wire, he fulfilled his word and managed to secure our visas approximately 24 hours before we were due to travel. Alhamdulillah, the relief we felt when they finally came through was immense!

There was an additional charge for the visas which we had to contribute towards, and the last-minute timing was certainly stressful, but ultimately Mustafa delivered on what he had promised and ensured our journey could go ahead as planned. We are extremely grateful for his efforts and perseverance.

Once again, our actual travel arrangements and hotels were exceptional. We chose to stay in the exact same hotels as last year because our previous experience had been so good, and this year they were just as phenomenal. Everything regarding our accommodation and arrangements was of an excellent standard, Alhamdulillah.

Overall, despite the stressful visa situation beforehand, we had another wonderful and memorable journey. A huge thank you to Mustafa and the team at Al Zowar Travel for helping make our trip possible and for providing us with another fantastic experience.

We booked with them for a second year because of the service we received the first time, and after another amazing trip, we would happily recommend them to anyone considering booking their Umrah journey.

Where can I start? We wanted to go on a tight-budget holiday with our large family (family of 17), Alhamdulillah, and Brother Ehsaan found us a package that was well within our budget. Considering we travelled during peak holiday season in August, I genuinely don't think the deal could have been beaten.

He booked us direct flights from London Heathrow to Istanbul, a hotel in the Sultanahmet area, and airport transfers to and from the hotel. I have to say, the entire experience was amazing. There were no hiccups, no unexpected issues, and everything went so smoothly from start to finish.

The price per person was excellent, especially for what was included. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you, Brother Ehsaan, for making our family holiday so easy and stress-free!

Just returned from my Umrah trip … Alhamdulillah it was a great experience … travelled as a family of 15 along with my disabled mother… mashallah Hamza bhai did a great job we had a great time at both Makkah and Madinah… all the transportation was amazing and ziyarats were excellent… Hamza bhai was in contact with us through out the trip … I highly recommend him and his company … did a excellent job at providing us with the best services.
