Alchemy of Breath Arvostelua 

I am very grateful for experiencing breathing sessions with their kind and knowledgable facilitators and founders. They are offering Sunday Breathe World sessions, after which I feel more peaceful and would love to explore with them in person soon.

It is an absolute honour and privilege to be part of the Alchemy of Breath Community. I feel blessed and truly spoilt partaking in both morning and early evening Sunday sessions, guided by AOB facilitators.

The benefits of AOB vary from session to session. I will share examples of my feelings, thoughts and emotions which arise during these sessions. The depth of Love, peace, imagination, justice, gratitude to name a few followed by a release and a deep cleansing with insights rising to the surface.

Breathe The World free online sessions have been one of the keys into my healing and transformation journey. 2 years ago I lost my job and despite the pain and fear of the unknown, I decided to embark on an inward journey, and it was through these beautifully guided sessions that I found inner clarity. So many insights clarified my next steps (even big life decisions), while others helped me reconnect with myself and my inner calling. You get out what you put in, so it's all about the intention you go in with as well.

It's so beautiful and I'm forever grateful this is free and accesible to anyone in the world with an internet connection, but most of all, with courage, curiosity and commitment to their journey. I went from not knowing what to do with my life to writing a book about how the path unfolds when we learn to look within and recognise life’s signals.

I can’t thank AoB enough. This space has been key in turning my life around, and I keep coming back as it’s a beautiful, albeit painful, process. I highly recommend AoB. 💛

I have been experiencing transformation through conscious connected breathwork with Alchemy of Breath for some months know. I love the community and the breathwork facilitators are very kind and experienced and I feel that this is a safe space. The Sunday sessions are free and well worth attending.

These free Sunday community Breathwork sessions, morning and evening, are a generous and lovely offering.

Yes, they have got a little too incessant with their stream of emails these days, and they are of course hoping the Sunday breathes will generate people buying various commercial offerings, but that's a minor annoyance. What I gain, is the heart, kindness and generosity of breathing with so many other people who are all here to be in a better, warmer and kinder place with themselves and each other. This is a resource for individual and collective encouragement of a more tender appreciation of oneself and others

I've been coming to the free breathe the world sessions on a Sunday morning for over a year now and they've become an important part of my week. It's a beautifully held space with a guided conscious connected breath session, always with a playlist of some lovely music. My favourite sessions are usually the gentler ones but I get something out of each of them and always come away feeling more peaceful in my body and my mind.

This is a generous, kind and intelligent community, offering open hearted and opening hearted support along the journey of the human condition and human growth, reaching for and contributing to a better world, where love is the law and the way.

I have used Breathwork through Alchemy of Breath on Sundays for over a year now as part of my healing journey. Free access to train facilitators who guide you through an arc using a conscious connected breath. I have had some amazing experiences using the breath and it is a simple practice done to music. There are 2 sessions offered every Sunday and I come back repeatedly. I have also enjoyed free workshops led by Anthony and Amy, the most recent one March 2026 on Trauma. I have received much knowledge and healing from Alchemy. The founders have given much back to the community for no charge, giving access to everyone regardless of their financial situation and wish to send this review as a thank you.

It´s an exiting, beautiful journey within, full of emotions. Sometimes difficult but always varm and so caring. Try for yourself each sunday for free.

Alchemy of Breath is one of most transformative, gentle, healing and nurturing weekly sessions. It’s free, you just sign up, they offer a different facilitator each week, so you get this beautiful yet different experience each week. I highly recommend you try them out. ✨

I unsubscribed multiple times from their newsletter, wrote them more then ten times to take me out, even wrote them on instagram. I never received an answer an still get a ton of mails from them.
