Today's Sunday BW session with Steven Dobberstein was one of the best I've ever experienced: no psycho stuff in advance, simply explaining the breathwork, how to do it and what to expect, simple and clear guidance with encouragement to deep and intense breathing and always focused on the breath instead of recommandations about what to feel. And no input during the relaxation phase thus I could stay with myself and remain focused on my inner experience. Very good! please go on that way in the further Sunday sessions!!!

Alchemy of Breath changed -and in many ways, saved -my life. It became so much more than breathwork; it was a profound journey of healing, self-discovery, and coming home to myself.

Anthony and Amy were pivotal in my healing journey as I navigated cancer and everything that came with it. Their guidance and the depth of this work helped me reconnect with parts of myself I didn’t even realize I had lost touch with.

I came expecting to learn breathwork and left forever changed. I’m deeply grateful for this journey and for the person I have become because of it.

I'm really grateful for the free online breathworks every Sunday - I really notice when I miss it as it's so beneficial to my wellbeing and just dealing with life. I bought some of the recorded sessions as they were a very reasonable price for how helpful they are.

Free and magical breath work. I love tuning in from Australia. It's 6:30pm on a Sunday night here which is perfect. Such a lovely breath work lead by gentle souls.

Alchemy of Breath has genuinely changed my life.

What started as curiosity became one of the most transformative experiences I’ve ever had. Not just because of the breathwork itself, but because of the incredible people behind it.

The facilitator training is exceptional, blending science, compassion, and deep personal growth. It gave me the skills to guide others while transforming my own mental health in ways I never imagined. Breathwork has helped me regulate my nervous system, process emotions, and reconnect with myself during some of life’s most challenging seasons.

The community is unlike anything I’ve experienced. I’ve found lifelong friendships, unwavering support, and a true sense of belonging.

ASHA is pure magic. It’s hard to describe until you’ve experienced it for yourself, but it’s a place that has a way of changing you.

Most of all, I’m deeply grateful to Amy, Anthony, and the entire team. They’ve created something incredibly special. A community built on authenticity, love, and service. I feel so fortunate to be part of it, and I recommend Alchemy of Breath with my whole heart.

I paid $49 for the recording of a live Zoom breathwork session but never received clear instructions on how to access it. When I tried using the website, it repeatedly said it had sent me an access code, but no code ever arrived.

The whole process was frustrating and disappointing. I hope they improve their communication and delivery process so future customers don't have the same experience.

Asha is a special place, you can't help but feel the power of nature while being there. The lands are stunning. I also feel that the people there are genuine and put a lot of care into the whole experience. I will definitely be back!

I have been doing the world for close to 4 years now. When I first found myself breathing the world on Sundays it was an amazing experience to learn how to breathe and to connect to my body and being in the present moment. I love and grow each Sunday when I breathe the world. And eventually 2 years ago I became a breath worker for facilitator training and learn to share breath work with others it's been amazing opportunity I love sharing their breath with others. I’ve been part of Breath the World for close to four years now, and it has truly been a life-changing journey for me.
When I first found the Sunday sessions, it was such an amazing experience, learning how to breathe, connect with my body, and be fully present in the moment. It opened a door for me that I didn’t even know I needed.
Each Sunday continues to be a space where I grow, learn, and reconnect with myself on a deeper level.
About two years ago, I took the next step and became a breathwork facilitator through their training program. That experience has been incredibly meaningful and empowering. It gave me the tools and confidence to begin sharing breathwork with others, something I now truly love.
It’s been such a beautiful opportunity to not only deepen my own practice, but to hold space for others as they connect to their breath and themselves.
I’m so grateful for this community and the journey it continues to offer.

I got to know Alchemy of Breath during an embodiment festival, and since then I’ve been joining the wonderful breathwork sessions on Sundays. I appreciate this work so much because it connects me deeply with myself and allows something within me to become calm and healed. It’s wonderful to be part of this warm and human community. Amazing sessions where you can meet forgotten parts of yourself and your body will benefit from the oxygen supply and will release the stuck energy and stored trauma in it. The founders Anthony, Amy and the whole community of skilled facilitators is meaningful, gentle and offers huge benefit to each human being who is seeking to do this. I discovered AoB from Facebook and joined the free Sundays. It has healed my body, mind and spirit in ways I cannot even express. As a person who has had struggles with alcoholism since childhood Nothing has taken away the trauma as the free sessions have. It truly is alchemy. That it is free is mind blowing. Yet that it has been free for 10 years really reinforces to me how authentic and LOVING this really is. It has made my life abundant. Thank you for the miracles and teaching me to breathe in love.

They provide a valuable world community service by free online breath workshops every Sunday and have done for 10 years. Been attending online for 6/8 months now.
