I have made between 40 and 50 photobooks with Album Works over the past decade or more. The albums are of high quality. Support staff are very good when you phone with a bit of a problem.

I have used your product many times for over 15 years. Always found it to be of high quality and your service team very responsive.
There was a problem with the binding of my last order and this was replaced quickly at no cost to me.

Excellent information provided on the website about the products and how to resolve issues if you get stumpt. The support from the office was prompt when needed. The publishing and delivery times are so quick. The product is of the highest quality.
I've produced about 10 photobooks. The quality has always been excellent. The only thing that could be improved would be a spell checker for text.

Very quick and easy to use once you get the hang of it. Fast turnaround without compromising quality. Readily display their phone number AND are very prompt to answer and talk you through any problems.

Always happy with the finished product. If there are any flaws it's usually my fault :)

My only issue was the paper was far too thick. Much thicker than my last order with similar amount of pages. I will order again but will look more closely at the paper thickness.

Well finished products, quick to go into production once ordered. (2 x photo albums).
Once the albums were in Australia, DHL showed that the shipment was in Homebush Sydney (not 400km further where it was supposed to be), tracking showing awaiting collection - in HOMEBUSH. I had to ring DHL to find out where the shipment was and discovered it was waiting at my local depot for collection. The tracking did NOT update until way after collection, STILL showing awaiting collection in Homebush.

I find the screens and tools easy to use. The HELP is great for those one off unusual queries. Once ordered you are kept well informed about progress and delivery. I have loved the options and results from my photo books.

Great web site, easy to navigate. All questions answered, good videos on Utube for any problems. Easy to download photos. Photo book looks great, fast delivery. Able to send copies on line to friends.
I would definitely use them again.

Always a high quality product with speedy delivery. Whenever I've had a problem (not many) the call centre has been responsive and very helpful. The editor is easy to use although I sometimes wish I could more with the editor, but simplicity sometimes comes with constraints. It would be nice if the editor could access images directly from Apple Photos, but I understand the difficulties third parties may have in developing software for Apple.

The quality of images, the helpful staff and the efficient timeline made our experience with Albumworks a pleasure.
