They were very fast with buying, handling, consolidating, and shipping it out! My items came in perfectly safe, no damage at all, and arrived at my doorstep much faster than I anticipated! Online customer service was also very helpful with answering any questions I had. They were very transparent with all the fees as well! I would recommend this service 10000000x over and over!

I usually don’t write reviews but everything about this service went super smoothly! I was a little wary at first because I didn’t see many English posts about aiyu aside from some comments on social media about it. I got a free photo of my item as a first time user and everything was much easier to understand than another proxy I used. My item was shipped and delivered quickly to the usa with no problem and with the right amount of protection with no extra cost. I hope more people try this service out in the future 🥺

The service they provide and the updates are good, but the only thing I would recommend is that they use a different type of box for the shipping or make the carton less fragile because the boxes I have received were almost falling apart and in a bad state, the merch was in good condition but the box was in a horrible state

The service is very good, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Many times they will not answer my questions or update me on given situations, even if I ask them to.

They think that because the issue is solved, or because they are working to solve the issue, they don't need to update the client about it. Leaving you in the dark for extended periods of time.
