The ability to wirelessly present your own content on digital signage or dashboard screens without needing cables is a great and convenient feature.

The device (Airtame 2) is extremely slow, browser is not loading. Support sent us a new device which is just as slow, but they only sent us one, even though we stated that both were defective.

Product is great but initial order made mid-december 25 was cancelled and refunded with no explanation, contacting airtame was unsuccessful and all of sudden I received an airtame3, explanation came later. Great product, poor customer service

It does not support sharing of Microsoft Apps. You can share a browser, the screen or an App. Sharing a browser or your entire screen is not ideal in a professional setting/meeting/training. When sharing an app, such as ppt. it shows the first slide and then just locks up on that screen. Not compatible with presenter mode. The only thing it does well is simply sharing your entire screen.

Every time you stop sharing you have log back in to start sharing again.

The delay of mouse movements can be very frustrating.

The app might provide some additional features however not all companies allow the installing of the app on their computers.

This would be okay if you wanted to share your screen in an informal setting or cast your youtube video or tik tok stream with your friends and family.

Besides the great product and solution itself: Great company, great people, very knowledgeable, good communication.

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with Airtame's customer service. Communication is only possible via email, which is not very customer-friendly. The responses are often standardized and don't really address individual concerns – it feels like the emails aren't properly read. Even small issues take an unnecessarily long time to resolve, which is simply not up to date in today's world. There is definitely room for improvement to meet the expectations of modern customers.

I bought the Airtame Hub, but I haven't even been able to test it out because guess what? They ship it without a power adaptor ... what kind of user experience is this ???

Now I have to order a separate power adaptor, which costs 50 euros, and with shipping and tax, it reaches 95 euros.

This is just ridiculous when you already spend 782 euros (down from the regular 1200) on an Airtame Hub + Hybrid.

Fast response is very important.
