Never again. Ordered car with 2 children boosters, arrived without any - so in fact we could have taken taxi also without a booster, but without poor communication, waiting time, and for 25% of the Airport Taxis price!! As per communication: promised to send details 24 hours before transfer - didn't. Sent an email when I was on the way without access to email. At the airport no driver waited but an agent who arranged the driver only when we arrived, so we had to wait, nevertheless charged 6 EUR for waiting time.

On time, perfect communication, courteous driver, great car (better than promised). Could not be better.

I already wrote a review and the reply from Airport Taxi had misinformation and took no responsibility for their lack of getting proper details.

The driver did not arrive on time, the access was NOT pedestrian only - our taxi from the train station dropped us off just fine, and the hotel had a place for cars to pull in at the entrance. So that information is completely false!

The driver failed to map the location, and if the company did not have the right info why didn't anyone contact me to ask for it?

If he didn't have a location, where did he go for 25 min while we stood around waiting? I gave the correct address when I called to find out where he was, and he still took an added 15 min to find us. The lack of preparation to get details falls on the company. If the driver didn't have an address, as you claim, where did he go? And why didn't he call me? Because of this lack of proactive process, he wasted our valuable time and we missed our plane.

Instead of making up excuses and blaming the customer, take responsibility for the driver who lacked common sense, and did not try and get the right info before he departed to pick us up. If, as you shared, he had no destination, where did he go?

I would not use this service again.

The taxi did not arrive. The telefon number of the central administration which is noted in the confirmation mail is not available! Now I even don‘t know how to get back the money. An awful experience!

Das bestellte und bestätigte Taxi ist nicht gekommen. Als ich angerufen habe wusste der Fahrer nichts von einer Fahrt. Sehr ärgerlich wenn man zum Flughafen muss!

Sehr pünktlich, sehr saubere Fahrzeuge und sehr gutes & freundliches Personal. Habe Airport-Taxis schon häufiger für den Transfer zum Flughafen genutzt. Egal zu welcher Tages-und Nachtzeit die Fahrt stattfand, es war immer alles prima. Gerne weiter so.

Alles ok, maar zouden de ophaaluren moeten te kennen geven. Vertrek vliegtuig 11 uur is gelijk aan 11 uur ophaaltijd !!!!
