Onze chauffeur wist niet precies waar hij ons van Schiphol zou ophalen. We hebben 40 minuten lang naar elkaar gezocht via Google Maps! Daarna kreeg hij midden op de rit, in het donker, pech met zijn auto op de snelweg. We stonden minstens 50 minuten in de rechterrijstrook stil, in het donker en de sneeuw, voordat er een andere taxi kwam die het overnam. Het was de slechtste rit terug naar huis na zo'n lange vlucht!

You are scammers. Kindly refund my money as soon as possible. You have the gut to send me a message that you successfully finished my order when you stopped responding to mail and no driver's information was sent. You went AWOL and had to pay for another airport transfer. Please send in my refund as soon as possible please. You deserve no star

Correcte en veilige rit naar de luchthaven.

I did not a receive message from driver the day before as mentioned in the T&C. Moreover there was no driver/taxi at Brusseles airport at the agreed time. There is no way to contact airporttaxis (phone numbers from website and app are not working, chat did not gave any reply, ticket opened for 6 hours now and still no feedback, ...) Finally another driver show up 45 min after the agreed time of 7am. At that time we were already loading our luggage in an official airport taxi. Luckily this driver understood the issue and accepted we cancelled as we took our inital taxi (airport taxis) as it was already paid upfront.

Our plane was late but since you had all flight information you should have known. Yet there was no taxi at all waiting for us at our arrival in Buenos Aires.
Worse, nobody ever answered the emergency phone number you had given and we had to get and pay for another taxi at the airport
At the very least you should reimburse the costs.

Further to the above review we received a full refund from airporttaxis. The last thing you want after 14 hrs in a plane is to struggle in a foreign language to find out that the taxi you booked is not there but at least they were honest to recognize it and compensate. Thanks to Trustpilot which no doubt played an important role in helping this unfortunate event.

Ich brauchte 2 Taxis an 2 Tagen, einmal in Frankreich, einmal in Niederlande. Beide waren pünktlich, sehr höflich und nett, und alles machte einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Die Rechnungen stehen auch online zur Verfügung. Also alles bestens.
