It was an amazing trip as I have seen the great view of the Falls with wonderful knowledge from the driver, Haroon.

Niagara Falls are incredibly amazing, I came here to make my dream come true but it was beyond it. Firstly we wanted to borrow a car, but we decided to take the trip with Airlink and it was better decision. Best views stops, good amount of free time to take photos, maka a trip, eat lunch. Shaz was really nice, talkative (in good way, BC we got to know a lot about Toronto, Niagara Falls), very helpful with any tips and quite good driver :)

Shaz was our tour guide and he explained everything perfectly and made me really understand my experience and niagra falls better, thank you shaz

We took the tour which inlcude the behind the falls and tower. Everything goes excellent, with our guide Haroon.
He is greag managing the groups, the schedule and all the explanation was perfect.

Shahz is such an efficient and effective driver and tourguide! Viator, AirLink and Shahz gave me the one in a lifetime experience of Niagara as a whole. From the drive to and back, to the Maple Syrup tasting (which I had a sugar overload 😁) to the “amazing but freezing” Niagara Falls, and the fun Clifton Hills, I had a great time. Being from a warm place in the Philippines, this tour blew me away more than 100%. The service overall exceeded my expectations. Keep it up, Shahz💪

I would highly recommend chosing this for your trip to Niagara Falls. Everything was well organised, Haroon is a very good driver and travel guide. We had a wonderful experience.

We've booked a tour for a 10.00 am pickup at our hotel. At 10.15 we called as no pick up yet and were told to be patient we'll come at 10.30. Still no pick up at 10.30, called again 10.34 and then we were told they'll be there 10.45. Same story at 10.45, no pick up yet. Called again at 10.54 and were told shuttle won’t come anymore. Arrogant, cocky, ruined our day.
