Elite flyer really tried hard and got the best rate for my trip that involved more than 5 segments and multiple carriers. The rate was significantly better than what I could find online. Subsequent to purchase, United, my first segment, gave me some headaches - no fault of Elite Flyer - and Elite Flyer obligingly fixed the issue. Delta changed their flight timings since I got the ticket which made the subsequent connection impossible. Again, Elite Flyer stepped in and rerouted the trip.
