Aircoolerone Arvostelua 

Well bought two. as loke everyone else it took over a month. i was fuming when i opened the plastic shipping wrap, as they were fans not air con, could not cool down the box they come in absolutly useless, now got to argue for refund and hope my card protects me. DONT BUY THIS TRASH OR ANY THAT RESEMBLE THESE IMPORTED CHINESE PLASTIC THINGS.

Am 12.06.2026 bestellt, nur vertröstet worden der Artikel sei versendet die Sendungsverfolgung Nummer bekomme ich noch. Wollte mein Geld zurück. Paypal Immer noch in Konfliktlösung
Heute wieder mal seit langer Zeit eine Email erhalten das ein Streitfall im Raum steht und der erst geklärt werden muss . Lässt die Finger davon

Die Ware wurde am 30.06. gekauft und bis jetzt nicht geliefert, nur vertröstet. Ich kann nur warnen, offensichtlich ist das ein Fakeshop. Ich werde Strafanzeige bei der Polizei stellen.

Wish I had read reviews on other sites before I ordered not just on their site. It took a month for it to arrive. On arrival found out it’s not a AC at all like it was being advertised but just a small bad quality fan. Trying to return it but they are refusing to give instructions how to return. Tried to call the company , was kept in the queue for a while . Had to hang up as no one was going to speak to me. That call cost me £40 . Emailed them daily about sending return instructions but just get an email now and then saying someone will get to me but no one does and I’m still waiting. I have raised a dispute via PayPal about payment and refund so waiting to see what happens. Please don’t order from this company! It’s a scam!

Die Ware wurde nie geliefert sondern es wurde immer vertröstet das die trackingnummer noch kommt, aber nach 14 Tagen kam nichts. Zum Glück hatte ich über PayPal bezahlt und so mein Geld zurück bekommen.

So schlecht diese Seite gehört gesperrt für Deutschland nir Lug ind Betrug gekauft und keine ware erhalten habe einen fall aufgemacht bei pay pal so ärgerlich

Took a month to arrive .. was supposed to be an air conditioning unit.. was faulty only blew out tepid air at one side .. very weak power and extremely short cable .. DO NOT BUY

Terrible, took ages to arrive as was from China- I don’t like ordering electrical items from outside the UK, multiple hidden costs, heating unit added to order which couldn’t be removed, the aircon is just an overpriced fan, and not even a good fan, barely blows air, can’t adjust speed and is extremely noisy. Avoid at all costs

Dieses Unternehmen sind Betrüger. Ich habe weder die Ware bekommen noch mein Geld zurück erhalten. Alle Mails, welche ich geschrieben hatte wurden zwar beantwortet aber ich wurde bis heute nur hin gehalten und es passiert nichts. Finger weg.

I would not even give this company 1 star, shame trust plot does not have a bottom emoji to describe this experience. This company is a dodgy company do not buy any thing from this company. Ordered 4 coolers nothing came,

AVOID THIS COMPANY.
I ordered am air con unit and first off they took money but my order wasnt dispatched.
When I questioned they said it had now been sent.
When it arrived I was disappointed as blowing on myself would have been more effective. It wasnt fit for purpose and I asked to return it. I was met with opposition. I eventually agreed to leep the unit and get an immediate 45% refund. I have messaged many, many times and keep being told someone will deal with my refund and I am still waiting after weeks. I am now writing a review to warn others. Don't give your hard earned money to this company.

On 26 June, I purchased two Epicoolers from “aircoolerone”, which was representing itself as Epicooler. The total payment made was £241.96.

After confirming my order, they advised that I would receive a tracking number within 24 hours. Several days later, I followed up with Victoria, who again confirmed the order and stated that their system showed the order had been processed and was on its way.

Eighteen days later, the items still cannot be tracked, and emails to the company are now bouncing back. As matters stand, I am £241.96 out of pocket and believe this may be another scam

Betrug. Keine Ware erhalten, Kundenservice hält Dich für 3 Wochen hin, dann plötzlich kann die Email nicht gesendet werden. Nun hat man die Kopfschmerzen das Geld über die Kreditkarte zurück zu bekommen. Diese Firma läuft auch unter Epicooler, Cart deal. Seit vorsichtig. Betrüger.

Hi all I perched 2 air-coolers from this company on the 27th of June.
I contacted them 5 days later and assured by one of the company associates that my order was on the way I was then told to leave it till two weeks if it hadn't arrived to contact them, I have gave it eleven days and still no sign of a tracking number or parcel. Tried to contact them again and nothing. Im £250.00 down.PLRASE THINK VERY CAREFULLY ABOUT USING THIS COMPANY.

Das Klimagerät wurde nicht geliefert und der Kaufpreis wurde nur teilweise zurückerstattet.

please do not waste your time and money, whilst polite, there Customer service lie, telling you despatched when it hasn't, you ask for a refund, threaten them with a chargeback and after 14 days you get a despatched email. tracking then doesn't update, no response to further emails, I've been robbed. please don't put yourself in the same position. please don't.
