I signed up for AILUMIA under the impression that it offered a free trial with no strings attached. However, after the trial ended, I was automatically charged without any confirmation or notification to extend the subscription. What’s worse—I never even used the software during the trial period.
Trying to resolve this has been a nightmare. The email address they provided bounced back, and their website has no visible contact number, live chat, or support portal. It feels deliberately opaque, making it nearly impossible to reach anyone for help.
To make matters worse, my business banking details are saved in their system, and they don’t allow me to delete or remove them. This is a serious breach of trust and raises concerns about data security and ethical practices.
I strongly advise others to avoid AILUMIA until they improve their transparency, customer support, and subscription policies. This experience felt more like a trap than a trial.
