Aidacare Arvostelua 

I have had mobility issues since 2021 resulting in having to surrender my driving licence. Not being able to drive was a huge difficulty for me, particularly losing my independence at the age of 65. I was fortunate to be given a motorised scooter which has been regularly serviced by Aidacare to my satisfaction. At my recent service the scooter was proven to be unroadworthy. The technician spent time to advise me on the way ahead. All part of the service!! I have been offered another scooter which Dave serviced and is currently about to get me mobile again. I am so thankful for his care and assistance to my mobility issues and needs.
I have had many conversations with the service overseer from Aidacare who has spent a lot of time sourcing information and pricing to have the new scooter fully roadworthy and completely safe. I have experienced a wonderful supportive team in my contact with Aidacare and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Aidacare Penrith were so caring and helpful. My husband's walker was not closing properly and made it hard to get in and out of the car. I took it in to them and within a week the girls had fixed it with a new part. They were so helpful and so friendly. I will always get our products from them. Great service.

Buyer beware.
Incredibly disappointed with the customer service here. Staff were dismissive, impatient, and lacked basic empathy (especially manager Nick Bonner)
Terrible communication and zero customer care. We ordered HealthCare item (still in unopened box) which was wrong size and they refused to exchange it. They offered 20% of to buy again item which I could buy in other shops or on line for half price or less.
Take your business elsewhere.
People rely on these items for their health and independence—the lack of urgency and empathy from this business is unacceptable.

A defective product (an electric bed mattress) was delivered to me by Aidacare (Clifton Hill Vic) in August 2024, by December 2025 it had developed a sag toward one side. In April I complained to my Occupational Therapist. She seemed to think I would be buying another $900+ mattress. Without action from O.T. I took on the fight for replacement mattress myself. I went to show room, put a delivery docket on the table (there were doubts it had been purchased from them), I explained yet again the problemn. Three staff members each time, who seemed to have a highly developed ageism in place, who seemed uninterested, and preferrede to sit in a row offering no assistance - except for one who was. mildly helpful. I was told a technician would come to inspect mattress. Comes the day someone turns up but turns out is a sales person sent to photograph the mattress, AGAIN. He said he would send email to the show room and they would contact their manager and so on. I only got this far through emails and phone calls. I receive an email from Care Manager of my Home Care Provider asking me to OK the purchase of a new mattress. NO. If the government is seriously concerned with rorting they are best starting with the people they entrust with care of the elderly - and this is very clearly not what is happening. My sage contnues, and I will update where necessary.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! We bought a lift chair 14 months ago. The remote has stopped working twice.
Now the remote does not work & the heater will not turn off. For 5 weeks now we have be told they are coming to fix it but after several phone calls and lies that they will be here NOTHING! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!

What a terrible experience - DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! Very rude sales person who clearly doesnt understand customer care. Will be taking our business elsewhere

They seem very friendly and helpful in store or during initial contact however follow through is nonexistent at best. Communication is nonexistent despite multiple promises to respond, they would make promises and never follow through. Completely disorganised! Incorrect information and refused to fix. Took months and constant chasing to get a refund. Threatened to take equipment that had been paid for. Demanded personal information without any official documentation and refused to supply any sort of agreement in writing unethical at best, illegal at worst. Would never willingly use them for anything

Lift chair got stuck in lift position jan 25th. Turned up to be faulty remote. Feb 6th still not fixed.
No replacement chair offered leaving disabled client to remain on a high back dining chair and unable to elevate legs.
Fix date given as 9th of Feb. Totally disgusted with the lack of empathy or offer of a temp chair. Would not reccomend this Company at all. Tony was very unhelpful and hadnt even booked the repair in ,11 days later.

Terrible customer service. I am trying to get a home trial for months now and they just keep saying they will phone me back and never do. I keep calling back. Unfortunately they have bought out all their local competitors so I don’t have a choice about going anywhere else. It sucks when you rely on medical aids yet the place that sells them won’t respond.

Adiacare Sales team are friendly, helpful, however it seems once they get your order all paid signed & sealed, delivery communication is simply unavailable I think Aidacare has forgotten who their clients are! Making disadvantaged, vulnerable clients wait in a vacuum for much needed, pre paid,"in stock" products arrival/delivery outrageous & downright dangerous, careless & well Rude!.... is it a warehousing issue? Not enough staff?

I recently obtained mobility items from AidaCare Capalaba. I highly recommend this business. The management and the staff are very experienced and knowledgeable, and they are such helpful, happy and friendly people. The range of products on display and online is vast, the showroom is well stocked and easy to manoeuvre, and their communication is flawless. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for independent living aids.

Aidacare sell unsafe disability related equipment to vulnerable consumers. When I questioned them about the instability of a product I purchased that is a safety risk, their response was that the product works as intended. Need I say more?!
