Aico Arvostelua

The products Aico produce are top quality and easy to install and use

I have been using Aico detectors now for around 5 years. The most versatile product with devices like the radio interlink can reduce mess with easy installation. There is no other manufacturer that can match their performance. Also the training you get from them as an installer is second to none. Highly recommend.

Aico Smoke Heat and CO alarms are in my opinion the best on the market so much so that I recommend them to all my customers and I don't fit anything else. The product support and installer training is world class.
Thank you Team Aico.

Customer service and training are brilliant second too none 👏 best in the business

Aico Alarms are one of the best and trusted ones I have come across, and they never let me down, specially with the trainings and lots of informations you can get on their website, so I am very happy.

Fantastic products that are at the leading edge of domestic fire protection. The only make I fit as standard. Excellent customer support and training for installers .

I have being an aico installer for over 30 years done loads of training courses, one was overview of building regulations & BS 5839-6: 2013 INTRODUCTION TO PRIVATE LANDLORD LEGISLATION 2015. Good company to deal withand after sales service, i would not use any other make of alarms only aico. Thanks Gareth W Edwards (Edwards Electrical) Bala, N. Wales

Excellent product range manufactured in the UK. After sales service and accredited training programme for professional installers are, in my opinion, market leading.

Brilliant company. Any issues they are ready and waiting to answer any question you have. Great products.

I've recently upgraded our smoke detectors, as the house was 11 years old it was time to replace and upgrade our old Aico smoke detectors, the new 3000 series bases are backward compatible with the existing bases, 10 minutes and both were swapped out.
You couldn't get any easier, great thinking by a great company.

I have been fitting Aico alarms for many years with no problems unlike other manufacturers alarms which I get called out too
Aico has first class support for it's installers and end users
Aico are not the cheapest alarms but what price do you put on the one life you and others have

As an Aico installer I am impressed by the reliability of their products, haven’t ever had a customer complain about a faulty unit and love the constant product development.

Aico’s products are top quality and function well with plenty of optional solutions and models to cater for the installation. Every alarm is tested, not batch tested like other manufacturers. Installation is straight ward since Aico support installers with a unique training program with huge resources for training, regulation changes and telephone advice and assistance for questions. Their products can be more expensive than rivals but what price is peace of mind.

Aico are more than just a great smoke alarm company, the excellent training days are just superb. The customer service is to be envied around the globe.

As an installer of Aico Alarms for many years the service and support I have received is impeccable. I would definitely recommend these products to anyone who is looking to install a system into there property.

I’ve used Aico for many years and found they are a very reliable. They are not the cheapest on the market but you can’t put a price on a life saving piece of equipment.

From an engineering point of view I've dealt with Aico for a long time. Products are good and support has been great.

Top products and a forward thinking approach to business

I have been using these smoke alarms for more than 20 years and am now on my 3rd set of replacements. One particular alarm has become sensitive (within 2 years of replacement), so I called AICO who advised that it was probably a spider causing a false positive. I should use a hairdryer to clear it and then it would be fine. Else there is a 5-year warranty and it would be replaced.

I did this and it still went off without there being a fire and now AICO tell me that this is due to contamination and it is my problem, without any investigation of whether the device may have developed a malfunction.

To ensure that that there was nothing inside, I opened the device up, only to be told that I had now invalidated my warranty.

Very poor customer service.

Recently bought the smart link and I’ve had nothing but problems setting it up. Terrible software and it doesn’t work with AICO smoke alarms. Very poorly designed and ridiculously expensive
