I previously rated this product as 5 star. But the product is vary buggy and leaves artifacts in DNG files. Also the DNGs when imported into LRC turn green!

Softwareproblem wurden nach Rücksprache mit dem Support gelöst.

The app does a really great job. The customer service is excellent and they respond in a timely manner to any problem you may have. It’s better than any other app on the market.

Not worthwhile. I used the trial version before forking out € 75,- (and that is yearly!) and imported a photo with a small file size of 4 mb. The process exists of several steps/choices and after every step I had to wait about 15 to 20 minutes, looking at an hour glass and the recurring line "waiting for interference". All in all it took me more than an hour to produce a 2 x upscaled photo. Since this was a trial version I have no reference number, as requested by Aiarty. The quality of the upscaled picture was very good though, but with such slow processing times it's not workable for me.

Sono un appassionato di ritocco fotografico e video, lavoro col software Aiarty Image Enhancer che trovo fantastico ed eccezzionale per i risultati che si ottengono. Devo dire che le persone che lavorano per questa azienda sono pure fantastiche dato che su mia richiesta, mi hanno fatto dono delle licenze dei vari software che producono lasciandomi veramente stupito dalla loro prontezza nel rispondermi e accoglienza nei miei confronti. This worked brilliantly! I am very impressed. I have tried many background removers, and this one surpasses all of them.

On 22 Dec, the upgrade failed to execute on my Mac Studio. I emailed support at 17.47 with details.

At 03.43 UK time 23 Dec, they asked me to upload and send the failure log.

Sent at 09.05 23 Dec.

10.30 23 Dec, advised that support had found the fault, corrected it, and gave me a new download link.

Within minutes, I was again upgrading early 1900's black and white family photos for inclusion in my Family Tree.

Thanks to a very quick response, I was able to continue my holiday computer plans with my Family Tree.

There was an issue with the Mac version of the image enhancer 3.0 when I purchased and downloaded it, and when I reported it, they got right on it and fixed the issue within a day or two. No hesitation.

GREAT customer service! (The new version is fantastic by the way).

I had a problem registering the program but the great support team helped me with good and quick advice. Next I had problems with the program itself not working, again the team could help. Had not much time to test the program, but what I could test by now exceeds my expectations!

I had a problem registering the program but the company helped me througout with good advice everytime i wrote to them. It is a real good support team. Niw I am ready to start enjiying the program

I have been looking for a more affordable app for sharpening blurry photos (Topaz costs $200!) and this one is it! It works best with photos that are slightly to somewhat blurry (but not extremely blurry). You just upload it and hit run and it does the work for you, within a few seconds, and you can compare the before and after. I was amazed at how well it works! The option for sharpening blurry photos is a gamechanger for me.
