they claim to give you your money back within the 5 day policy but they refuse to give you your money back !!!

TBH I couldn't see a great deal of difference in the videos I tried, but I think it must be my incompetence as so many other people have used the product with much success, so I will celebrate this with another 5* review.

Having said that, it is remarkable that nearly all the 5* reviews are from people who ONLY review this product. I guess they don't normally leave reviews for anything else, but are so blown away by this app that they need to create a Trustpilot account just to leave a review for this company.

I think that tells you how amazing this app must be and I feel such an idiot to not be able to get the impressive results others have managed to achieve.

bought the yearly subscription after testing the product. It kept crashing and never saved so I wasn't able to use it. I've been recently trying to get a refund since they state a guaranteed money back and they take over 24 hours to respond and wont give me a refund for their garbage product.

Don't waste your time with this garbage company or their product. Quality of video was so bad, not worth it. Their cancellation policy, even if you within their 5 day time frame, is that there is NONE. Save your time and money.

I purchased both the video and photo enhancement program and the photo pro AI. I am so glad I did, it's amazing, especially the video enhancement. I researched so many different programs for months, watched countless Youtube videos and kept emailing the AVCLabs support people (they were great) and finally bought all three from AVClabs. The promotion helped my decision, I just don't want to pay monthly and some of them are really expensive. I am trying to create a Christmas present from old films and pictures of my parents. The films are in awful shape. It doesn't completely fix super dark films but pretty much everything else. I am still learning what I am doing but the AI is beyond cool. You have to play with it a bit as you can over correct and change the face of the people in the picture/film, but it really is amazing. Don't take my word for it, you can download a free trial and play around with it to see if you like it. It isn't too complicated, but sophisticated enough to do a lot things. The video enhancement is easy, the other stuff I had to play with a bit, but it's getting easier. Customer service is responsive, even if you are annoying, like I was.

Ich nutze den Photo Enhancer AI jetzt seit etwa zwei Monaten, da ich alte Fotos sammle. Das Programm stellt die Farben wirklich gut wieder her – viele Bilder wirken dadurch deutlich lebendiger und natürlicher. Auch wenn einige stark beschädigte Fotos nicht komplett gerettet werden können, bin ich mit dem Ergebnis insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Besonders praktisch finde ich, dass ich den Farbton oder die Helligkeit manuell anpassen kann, ohne extra Photoshop öffnen zu müssen.

They are fraudsters and cheaters! I bought a product from that company, and it is such a scam that my head still hurts from those swindlers who do not want to return my money. The product they sell does not match, in any detail, the way they present it. Stay away from these fraudsters and do not even think about buying it. All those who rated their product positively are somehow bribed or are their pawns.

I installed Avclabs Video Enhancer software over weekend on trial basis
After trying for few days the software really seems to be a gem.
The colorization from bw Video to color is amazing and very simple to use.
Would definitely encourage other's to try the Avclabs Video Enhancer software.

不具合が発生した時の対応が素早かった。
ログの場所も分かりやすく、簡単にメールに添付して送信することが出来た。不具合の内容を素早く理解してくれて対応してくれた。数日後には修正したバージョンをダウンロードし使用することが出来た。

In my retirement I enjoy reviving old photographs, both very old ones from my parents collection, as well as photos of my own. My first camera was a Kodak Instamatic, and I have quite a collection of those. Precious memories, but photo quality not the best. I have tried quite a few softwares to help me restore them (mostly Photoshop Elements). These last few years I also tried some the fancy AI softwares, AVC labs version among those. Somehow I always came back to AVC, simplicity of operation being one of the reasons, but quality af output being the main reason, stability (never crashing) being another.

I had a problem with Video Enhancer AI and, even though I am a "small" customer, they replied immediately and solved it very quickly.

Professionalism and availability that are truly rare! 👏

Ich habe eine Software bei AVC Labs gekauft, weil auf der Website klar von einer „5 Tage Geld-zurück-Garantie“ die Rede war. Kein Hinweis, dass diese nur unter versteckten, schwer auffindbaren Bedingungen gilt.

Nach dem Kauf stellte sich heraus: Die Software erfüllt nicht ansatzweise, was versprochen wird.
Rückerstattung beantragt → abgelehnt, mit der Begründung, ich hätte das Produkt schon genutzt (wie soll man sonst feststellen, ob es passt?).

Erst nachdem ich mehrfach schriftlich nachgehakt, Screenshots geliefert und klar mit Konsequenzen gedroht habe, kam Bewegung rein. Ohne diesen Druck hätte ich mein Geld wohl nie gesehen.

Mein Fazit: Intransparente Bedingungen, ausweichender Support, Kundenfreundlichkeit = 0.
Wer hier kauft, sollte sich auf Stress einstellen. Ich kann nur abraten.

I have a lot of bad low res photos that I truly hoped AI might be able to improve. Based on positive reviews on the internet and some amazing examples on their website, I tested the free download version of AVCLabs photo enhancer ahead of buying a subscription. I have to say it was hugely disappointing. I tested as many different settings as the Free version allowed and my low res pictures stayed decidedly low res - just bigger versions..! Possibly if you pay them money you get a better version but then they are stupid to offer such a rubbish trial. I am not going to subscribe to something that doesnt do what it says it will..

This software is one of the best and delivers exactly as promised. We have been searching for a video upscaler/enhancing software to remaster some old dvd concert footage from 20 years ago. After trying out at least 5 other different softwares, AVC LABS VIDEO ENHANCER has proven to be the best. Its very fast at rendering and really has that 4k 60fps feel after we remastered some old 720p video clips. It's way faster than other apps/software. And really glad that they have support for MAC / APPLE users. Thanks AVC LABS for this great software. 10 stars!

AVCLabs Video Enhancer AI is quite helpful. It’s simple to use and makes my videos look a lot better and clearer. I tried it on some old, low-quality videos, and the improvement was great—especially with faces. I didn’t have to do much. Just upload the video, pick a few options, and the program does the rest. If you want to make your videos look better without doing too much work, Id recommand give it a try

The trail says limit of 30 seconds, but 15 seconds video is not even working.

again mess on my pc. slow, watermark ruins the video indicating push to pay. you can't with this mess.
