When you lose a loved one, having to deal with things like this is such a painful task. After did such an amazing job from start to finish. Thank you all so much for the excellent care that was given to our family during this time. Still a HORRIBLE Company!!! After nearly two months after my mom's passing we found out that After.com failed to order our Death Certificates that we paid for in advance. I wrote a review on Septmber 11, 2025 that garnered an immediate response after weeks of being ignored. I was told that a credit would be issued for the Death Certificates. As of this posting, no credit has been given. We now have filed a complaint with our credit card company. This company just won't let us move on and grieve the loss of our mom. Pay the extra money and use someone else! STAY AWAY!

Customer Service was great Rep followed up and help walk thru the signing process.

When my brother was on Hospice I had to chose and afterlife service. After.com was recommended to me and I was glad I chose them. Their service was seamless, just what we needed and nothing extra. They were thoughtful and efficient. I have since signed up for myself and my husband. I would definitely consider their service.

Great experience, Iva helped me navigate it with great ease. She answered all of my questions and was very kind and helpful.

Everyone at After.com was compassionate, professional, and knowledgable. Even after most of the process was complete, they have been free with their time and sharing information we still need, even if it's not directly from their company (e.g., time until death certificates arrive from the State of California).
