When I contacted the firm for information they sent through additional pictures of the beautiful butterfly urn. I wanted to be sure it was a perfect choice for my wonderful friend as it is the last gift I can give her. Her husband was absolutely delighted with it and she can rest privately in her lounge unknown to others. A fitting tribute to a dear friend who was like a little butterfly in life. Didn't disappoint
I was a bit nervous when ordering this item in case it wasn't what I expected but it didn't disappoint It is just what I wanted for my husbands ashes. I received e-mails letting me know the order had been received and when it was dispatched. It was very well packed and labelled so no chance of being damaged.

Once my order was placed, I was kept informed of progress and the item was delivered within the 3-4 day time frame stated.

Lovely holder for ashes
Order arrived within 3 days and I am so pleased with it. Lovely container for my husband's ashes. I didn't realise there were other options to the traditional urn until I came across this website and so pleased I did.

Really pleased with the customer care, I wasnt sure initially on the design but from conversation on the phone & more photos being shared I felt more comfortable with my choice. Delivery was quick, packaged very well. Overall very pleased with such a difficult decision to make

Fantastic product and customer service
The urn I ordered is beautiful and the quality is excellent. It looks even more wonderful in person than the photos on the website. The box it arrived in was very carefully packed and was delivered exactly 1 week from when I purchased it. I live in the US so I was surprised how fast it arrived from the UK. Dom was also quick to respond to my questions via email. Highly recommend this business.

Heart shell urn
I ordered the heart in a shell urn for my dear mums ashes. I searched for an urn that didn’t look like an urn but more like an ornament. I am so happy that I came across Aesthetic Urns. Super fast delivery and very friendly when I rang up regarding sealing the bottom of the urn. Would highly recommend this company if looking for that special place for your loved one.
