Waiting months for in-stock items and still yet to receive items or a response from customer service ...... what was once a good company has oversold under delivered and terribly failing their customers right now what a shame spend your money with a company that respects you and your time and until aero gets their shit together DONT SPEND A DIME THERE!!!

I’ve been waiting over 2 weeks for an idem that they said would be shipped within 5-7 business days. Tried to contact aero precision by phone 3 time and waited for over 2 hrs with on answer. Customer service has really gone down hill.

Placed an order on 11/13/24, they charged my account. Never sent a confirmation email. Waited for a week and entered a help desk ticket. Received a confirmation email back that they created a ticket, but no other response for over a week. Tried to call their support phone number, stayed on hold for over 2 hours and was disconnected by them. Called back, automated message stating that no one was available. Tried using their chat method and was disconnected 5 different times after being in the queue for hours. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and contemplating possibly a report for fraud to the FTC for their deceptive practices.

Bought 308 fully assembled upper, BCG, charging handle ($109!!!!) and buffer kit from them so that the entire upper would be theirs, and when it didnt work it would be one phone call and no finger pointing. Well, it doesn't work and they don't take tech support calls. You have to live chat or go through the ticket system. Sat on chat and I was first in the queue. 35 minutes later, no response so I disconnected. Went through ticket support. Been 5 days, no reply.

I have spent thousands of dollars with this company over the years and never had a problem. now I've had 2 in 2 months ive been waiting 49 days and counting for an order and since you cant get anyone on the phone and you have to wait 2 hours to text someone, its almost impossible to get an issue resolved. My second order they sent me an email and said it was sold out they over sold the order. I asked for a discount on another item since my order was over sold, so instead of working with me they just canceled my order and never mention the one ive been waiting for 2months almost and im still trying to resolve that one! is it too hard to get what you pay for in this world? were is the componence in this company and they make airplane parts now thats the crazy part of it i hope i dont fly on those planes
They have gone down hill i wont buy another aero product again they have lost a loyal customer. I f it was one mess up it happens but 2 back to back who is in charge of these people

I will never in a trillion years say a good word about this company. A few years ago they sent me an upper, and they did a good job with it, so I ordered a lower for a new build. They don’t ship or process in a timeframe that’s acceptable or comparable to other companies like palmetto. They do t answer the phone, they don’t answer emails. Their customer service is unforgivable.

Waited on the phone for over 1.5 hrs. Waited in chat for a little over 1 hour. This is not customer service. This is customer abuse!

This review has nothing to do with the product and all about the shipping. The shipping time is RIDICULOUS especially for people that spend the extra money to ship priority or over night (as I did) it’s been over 3 wks and I still do not have my order nor has it been shipped. It still is processing and when I reached out for an update, I get the “seasonal issues” or whatever the excuse is. I would be ok with that if the item was on back order or out of stock but it shows in stock.

Haven’t received my order.
Its been over a month and their nonexistent customer service continues to ignore my emails and phone calls.

My gun has been at the shop for a month now and hardly any communication from them. I have to initiate it and the reply is a generic one. Cannot get hold of an actual human there. It's sad I used to like the company, but i will never buy from them again. I have received better customer service from Highpoint.

Amazing quality and styling. I won't buy from any other manufacturer moving forward.

Precision went above and beyond on a warranty fix. The cerakote on my lower inhibited the mag catch from catching mags. I sent it back and the communication was amazing. Top knotch actually. They even touched up the lower where i accidently damaged it and threw on a mag catch for free.
Do yourself a favor and give them a chance. The product is amazing and the communication was spot on.

I only use Aero Precision for my AR builds. Always quality products provided by aero and highly recommended!

I called Aero regarding my new build and the inability of the bolt to hold open. The problem was the ambi bolt catch. I spoke to Talbert and he immediately sent me a replacement part, no questions asked. Great support and fast service.

They are not as bad as you may think. Aero precision has been pretty reputable and in-fact has been there before many new companies that are popin up out of nowhere. I would normally write a 5 star review for this company but during the COVID pandemic the shipping and handling department really took a hit, customer service also has been a lot slower than usual. This doesn’t mean that they sell bad product, they just need to manage their internal team little efficiently to handle customer demand and demand throughout this entire pandemic.
