Please read everyone else's reviews and my experience is exactly the same. They are fortunate that I'm on the east coast of I would pay a visit to their office and demand answers in person. This is absolutely the worst service I have ever received. BTW...Scott Dover owns the company, he is on LinkedIN, we should all start talking to him there!

This company is a complete scam. Stole my money & gave me nothing. Never received orders. Unable to contact them despite great effort. Absolute scum! The items were listed as in stock & shipping was to take 3-5 days. It been over a month.

wish i could leave a 0 star review. Ordered back in the beginning of december and have only gotten one of the parts that i ordered. the "live chat" on the page is a scam... get close to being answered then you are disconnected from the chat... do not recommend buying parts online... just go to your local gun store and see what they got.

An upper lower combo was ordered in October. This is January 13th and still no parts. A lower parts kit was ordered in December this hasn't arrived either. The you try to call them and all numbers hang up on you. I have never in all my years never seen customer service this bad. They have the money but no parts. If an individual person did this they would go to jail. What's the deal Areo precision!!!??

terrible customer service. buyer should be careful because after they took your money, they will not RESPOND to you by Email, Chat, Phone call. none of them work. my first and last time buying from them

Their customer service is downright awful. I placed an order for a scope mount that was IN STOCK on December 2nd. I can’t get through by phone because their phone system is useless and won’t even let me leave a voicemail. Their "Live Chat" left me waiting for two hours last week (165+ in line), only to kick me off and put me back at the start of the queue again right as I was about to be helped. I've sent three separate support emails since December 18th, and I have received ZERO responses. I recommended this company to my friend (who lives down the street from me), who ordered the same mount from the same site on December 8th, and his mount arrived on December 26th. This utter lack of communication has ensured I will NOT be ordering from their website again.

I went on to Aero Precision's website during their cyber week and purchased some parts to complete my build. At the same time I ordered a barrel, handguard and bcg from 3 other separate vendors. Everything has been delivered except for my Aero Precision order. Per Aero Precision's website, items were in-stock and expected to ship within 3-5 days. As of this writing, it's been 4 weeks and my order has not shipped. Aero Precision's phone and chat wait times are impossible. They have not responded to my emails or ticket requests. They have have made no effort to communicate delays or offer refunds. A lack of transparency and communication along with failure to deliver purchased earns them 0 stars. Further complaints with consumer protection agencies are forthcoming if they continue to this behavior. For now, I strongly advise against purchasing Aero Precision products. I'll update this review as I see resolution.

Run away from this company !!!! I purchased a “ in stock “ item and paid for priority shipping . They charged my card immediately, but never sent any type of confirmation or details on my order . They have absolutely no customer service . You can call them and get placed on hold ( automated answering service ) for hours and nobody will ever pick up no matter what option you choose . I also tried their online chat where my chats were automatically placed in 171 in the queue. I tried a few times and always started at 171 , then 250. Again , you can wait for hours and never make it even close to #1 in the queue . Each time I waited in the “ queue “ for over an hour watching the count go down but was “ disconnected “ each time. I have also emailed their customer service multiple times and again no response. They have an F rating with the better business bureau and have multiple complaints / claims filed against them , where all but one has not receiving a response from Aero. After reading their recent reviews and claims filed against them , I have realized that I made a mistake ordering from this company and hope nobody else does the same . I’ll be contacting my bank over the charge and will also file a claim against them with the better business bureau . I will never use or recommend Aero Precision again .

Do not spend money with this business!! Was charged nearly $2300 to my credit card mid November for a couple of items that were listed as in stock, with delivery time of 2-3 weeks. Can't get no response about my order or a refund!!! Bad Company avoid and save your money.

As everyone else in here is stating….the customer service is horrendous. I’m 6 weeks into waiting for parts that were in stock. Can’t get an answer in call, email, text, nothing. Wishing I didn’t spend the money with them. I’ve had piece meal deliveries with no update as to when TJ expect my remaining parts. Utter nonsense.

Worst company ever! Zero customer service. Spent around $1000 on there site to purchase parts. 30 days later, I have still never heard from them despite using “customer support” multiple times. It has been 13 days so far, but no communication from support at all. If you call they never pick up. If you email, they do not respond. I would be happy with an answer at least. I have ordered from many other companies and had support every time. I will never order from this company again.

Aero Precision is just a dead company. I ordered a chassis from them on 11-22-2024. Since then, not a word, and no shipment. You can't contact them. No phone. No email reply. The chat is a joke.

On 12-09-2024, my credit card company backed me up and, in 24 hours, my money was refunded. Still, no contact by Aero. These fools probably don't know that the order has been cancelled. Is this really a company, or just some kind of scam operation. What these people are doing is criminal. Only a fool would have any dealings with Aero Precision.

Been waiting a month for a products i ordered that were listed as in stock. Submitted a ticket a week ago and no response. Do not buy from Aero's website! The products I've purchased from other gun sites have been great but this company does not care at all about their customers. I will not be buying from them anymore they are a bad company and dont care about the consumer.

Quality products.
After placing your order, they will take weeks to ship your order.
Communicating with them is difficult. They do not reply to email inquiries. Their "contact us" page is full of meaningless FAQ, with no direct link to people who can actually help.
If you're wiling to pay money to a company, willing to wait without any updates, and not have the ability to track your order through their system, then this frustration is for you.
Their products are quality, just not sure it's worth the wait and uncertainty.

Ordered a complete lower over two weeks ago. Their website states 2 weeks for delivery. I am into the third week (ordered Nov25) with no information about order. I was on hold for 2 hours and then got disconnected. I was in an online chat queue and got disconnected after 2 hours. I got an email stating that my chat was disconnected but I outlined my problem in my chat and it was not addressed. 2 emails have gone unanswered. I can’t contact them in any way and I have no idea about my order. They charged my credit card immediately and they keep sending me emails trying to sell me the same item I already ordered. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

I've spent almost 7 hours trying to get in touch with "customer service". Nearly 5 of that today. Spent almost 2 hours as "1 in queue" but mysteriously never changed. At hour number 5 it closes out and says we're not online anymore. Garbage. They have no problem taking your money and spamming the hell out of you with texts and emails, but won't answer their chat or phone

This company is a disaster. I placed an order on the 29th of November. The order processing time was listed at between 5 and 7 business days. After 8 business days my order still shows as "processing". Sat on hold on the phone for 3 hours (also waiting for chat support for 3 hours) then the system just cut me off. There is no way to email them to get a status - this company is a fraud.

Horrible business practices. They over sell, charge you, its takes months to get the product, this has happened multiple times. Then they do not answer emails about cancellation of orders or status. To top it off the quality has dropped drastically. My advice is to buy somewhere else!

Ordered complete upper and lower on 11/29/24. Website gave me an order confirmation but never receive email confirmation and they have charged my credit card. Waited on a chat window for over 3 hours and then was kicked off with only 30 people ahead of me -started at 172! tried calling them multiple times and waited on hold for over an hour!
UPDATE 01.06.25 still have not heard anything from them!
