Impressed is an understatement. Pricing very competitive, couldn't find cheaper including postage for original part. Kept in the loop regarding delivery by email. New machine
Wow! Excellent customer service . My own lock stitch Machine broke and spoke to Rhys about a new one late afternoon. I explained I needed a replacement as soon as possible and it was delivered the following morning. Would definitely recommend AE again.

Ordered between Christmas and new year…
Ordered between Christmas and new year was told it would be shipped on 05 Jan, still didn't arrive until 09 jan with 48h delivery. I am sure that Royal Mail was the problem. Apart from that the service was good and my partner loves the scissors and says they are really quiet compared to the cheaper versions.
