I bought a dresser for $889. Confirmed and charged to my card on Sunday. Tuesday, I get an automated cancellation email and a refund. No explanation. No reach out. No reply to my inquiry. Nothing. This is a joke company. Run away.
What can I say other than I’ve never had a bad experience. I have been a customer of advanced interior designs for many years. Anytime I have a project or specific request, the team at AID always comes through.
This company should be avoided at all costs. They are scammers. They will charge you $350 for an item to be returned to them and will add a 20% restocking fee. Companies like this should not be allowed to trade. As I said: avoid at all costs.
Horrible customer service and company. Returned a product and 5 months later still have not received refund.

I got all my furniture from this place. It's a one stop shop to furnish your home. If you want to get quality furniture at reasonable prices this is the only place you need to look.
The service, furniture, and delivery were all great. I found that most of the stuff I saw online is really worth of, the quality was great and the furniture was modern and unique.
These guys are trustworthy people who are not going to rip you off and they will go the extra mile to make sure you're a happy customer.
