Adjust Massage Arvostelua

Back massage with Christine, this was my third massage with Christine at Adjust Massage in Chilwell. She is lovely, puts you at ease straightaway and has helped to reduce achy back, shoulders, arms and neck that had been getting more annoying for the last couple of years. I’ll be going back to help ward off the ravages of office work 😉. I highly recommend.

The massage location is not fancy, but is clean and pleasant.

Had a deep tissue massage with Christine to ease a recurring back pain problem. Christine was excellent, listened to my concerns and tailored the treatment to meet my needs, applying exactly the right amount of pressure to provide me with much needed relief. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Fantastic service. Super easy booking method and Vladimir was great. He was very very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable, gave a fantastic massage along with really good advice to follow up after. Would definitely recommend

I had an Indian Head Massage, which also involved neck and shoulder treatment, which made a difference in the tenseness I had in my shoulders before the massasge. Sarah was my therapist; she was professional, helpful, friendly, and the treatment room had a very relaxing atmosphere. I shall certainly have another massage, and recommend Adjust to friends and family.

I had a great Swedish massage at Adjust Massage. Christine was delightful and understood my intent with the massage and what I wished to receive out of it. As relaxation was the primary motive, I can positively say that this is the exact experience I came for! Would recommend it to others as well :)

Very much needed treatment and got exactly what I asked for vey friendly but professional

An excellent massage. Strong and effective treatment which helped to relieve the effects of a broken ankle in my lower back and hips.

The therapist was very professional, explained what she was doing and advised on some rotator cuff exercises. The deep tissue massage has helped to ease some of my neck and upper back pain/stiffness.

I have booked another appointment.

I had the most wonderfully relaxing, sleep inducing massage! I came in feeling stressed, and on edge. Christine melted away my stress and left me feeling light and super relaxed, and ready for some deep sleep.
The finishing facial massage was amazing too!

I can’t wait for my next session, thanks again Christine! 😊

I had a wonderful Indian head massage from Christine and would highly recommend receiving treatment from her in Beeston. I felt very relaxed during and really enjoyed my experience at Adjust.

I am using Adjust services for more than 6 years through different types of massage (sport, rehab, pregnancy, relaxation). Over the last 2 years I used Christine in Adjust! Absolutely amazing! I Can only fully recommend!! ❤️❤️❤️

I’ve been coming to adjust for several years and have had a number of treatments with different therapists and never had a bad massage. My most recent treatment was a Swedish massage by Christine and it was wonderful. I felt so relaxed afterwards but she also managed to get the knots and tension out of my back and shoulders. I will be back soon!

I was recommended Adjust by a friend.
Was in agony. Called up in the morning and was offered an appointment in the afternoon with Christine.
Christine made me feel comfortable and tailored my visit to my needs. I have rebooked for next week and experienced some relief today. Highly recommended.

Christine was amazing, it was my first time visiting and will be coming back without doubt! 10/10

Had a wonderful massage with Christine . She has really helped me with my neck and shoulder pain .. highly recommend her 🤗

I’ve had a sports, and Indian Head massage with Christine and both were excellent, and very effective. Would recommend her to anyone.
Thanks Christine.

I found the treatment really helped and will definitely go back for a another session.

Very good sports massage from Ben - from the quick inital consultation, he quickly worked out what was required. It was certainly painful at the time but exactly what I needed! Will be back for sure.

I visited Adjust for a deep tissue massage with Jo- this was my first visit and after a quick health assessment Jo spent the rest of my session working on the massage. She was very friendly and chatty and made me feel at ease. The massage was great, very thorough with particular attention on my tight and knotty areas, I have booked another visit for a few weeks time.

Brilliant massage with Christine! Probably the strongest deep tissue massage I've had yet; she was really able to get into all those knots and trigger points. I would thoroughly recommend if you need a really firm massage!
