Jeg bestilte den famøse maskine til spaltede spidser og glædede mig meget til at modtage produktet…. Jeg er indforstået med de 7-14 hverdages levering men de er for mig at se, overskredet for længst. Når jeg prøver at følge pakken, står den “i transit” og har gjort det siden d. 21. Marts… jeg har skrevet to mails til kundeservice men der er ikke hul igennem.
Jeg er så skuffet!

I love it, it took so much dead ends off, I had to do it twice, probably could do a little more honestly. It does pull your hair a little, but other than that it’s great

Fast delivery. The product kinda work... it doesn't take all the split ends, but most of them... all tho it do jank some strands off of my hair.

Love this trimmer. Makes my hair smooth and just trims off the very end of your hair. The only problem I would say about it is some of the hair cut off falls in the floor instead of staying in the compartment that catches the hair. Otherwise it’s a great product. I would recommend buying it.

Of course i was hesitant about ordering something i seen on Facebook. I read the comments to make sure it was legit. It’s coming from China so it takes a bit, but worth it IS IT!!! This thing is amazing, it does exactly what it says it does! Yes I’m impressed!

Didn't come with instructions but otherwise it's ok.

My husband ordered the device for me in late November 2025. Got it 3rd week almost 4th week of December and decided to give it to me as a Christmas gift in stead of giving it to me early.

It made my hair soft, I could finally brush through it without being snagged by the brush.

Until it died and its been dead since. One use and no longer chargeable. It will not charge, even bought a lower voltage charger for the split end trimmer and nothing.

Finally getting a response for a customer service email, I was told to do a video to see if it was user error. User error to charge it? Its a type C charger port, my phone has that port, that's not user error.

By the time someone responded to me, its over 30 days which they say 30 day money back guarantee, so at this point, them knowing the device won't charge, they will not take it back and exchange it for a working, chargeable one.

I like the idea and the product but it does seem to take more of the hair than I want. I tested several individual strands and it was cutting between a 1/4 inch to a full inch. Then on other strands it wasn't even cutting the split and off and took three or four passes to get it to cut it off. It seemed very inconsistent. It is also fairly loud and there isn't a separate button to turn it on, it is just on when you unlock it from the closed position. It does work but I don't believe that it is only taking the split ends off as when I tested ones that didn't have split ends, it still cut quite a bit off them.

I got this for me and now it won't work! I saw the ads on social media and I was so excited to get it. I ordered with her permission of course. I couldn't wait to get it. I got it yesterday in the mail which was a surprise. I opened it up, charged it and I started to use it on my daughter. Got almost half way through her hair and quit working on me! I thought maybe the battery got hot so I turned it off let it rest some and tried it again. But nothing! I put it back on the charger and took it off and now it won't work at all! I never got a chance to use it for myself as that was the original plan to begin with. But I wanted to learn how to use it first. So, I started off with my daughter. Now, I can't use for myself at all! I tried contacting through email and even on social media and no response. Now, I'm checking to see what others have said about this product to see if they've had the same issues. And it seems like many others have had the same problem. I also didn't get a instructions booklet with this either. I also have issues with customer service not responding. I waited 3 weeks for thing to come in and paid $49 for it, only for it work once and stop working. Now, I'm stuck with something that'll never get to use. And as far as the return goes..well I'm not paying for this thing to be shipped back to China! $49 is a complete waste of money for a worthless piece of crap that won't even work! I'm not happy at all!
