Our (fairly old) adjustable bed developed a fault, and we found this company via a Google search. Julian was in contact with us straightaway and was able to visit us next day to sort the problem out (covering a fair distance to do so). Can't thank him enough and have no problem recommending.

Explained everything to him, and he said he knows what's wrong. So he organised the actuator and had it delivered. We put it on bed and the experience was top service. Thank you

My adjustable bed was indispensible to me as I have a bad back, and other comobities. The lifting mechanism broke and I contacted Julian, who came out promptly. He arranged for new 'innards' for the bed including slats and motor. All completed OK and cant praise Julian enough for helping me out and saving the cost of having to buy a new bed.
